Valor cap per week
|

I hardly have enough time to get my 90tokens a week from quests, can you make it so its a full raid clear and all those quests for cap for week? 1000 valor/ takes way too long

1000 valor is not that hard to get. Clear all 3 raids and like 2 LFR runs and your capped you can get it in 1 day easy

no time for 2 hours of LFR

1 random heroic a day thats 560 vp if you do it everyday.
then dailies if you still have rep to work on/gold. thats 5 vp per quest . thats 88 daily quests u need to do in a week (1760g) of course, it'd be easier if you raid reg and thats 40 vp per boss. then lfr. |

You bet. Let me just wave my magic wand. Hmm, that doesn't seem to have worked. Maybe I need a new wand. |
Try having a 20 to 40 min que time just for each lfr. Not getting it done in 1 day. I do think raid bosses need to drop more VP/kill. |

Assuming full raid clears, you can cover the remainder over 3 days if you run 1 random heroic + 1 random scenario.
Full raid clears = 16 bosses x 40vp = 640vp 1st random heroic/day = 80vp x 3 days = 240vp 1st random scenario/day = 40vp x 3 days = 120vp 640 + 240 + 120 = 1000vp. Group with like-minded friends/guildies to speed up queue times and ensure competence, and if you have a quick, semi-decent group, don't hesitate to chain heroics/scenarios even though the rewards are reduced - it saves you the time/effort of forming a group and queuing up later. Plus of course you can still do dailies so you don't even have to queue for heroics/scenarios for the 3 days if you don't want to. |

You're confusing "desirable" with "mandatory".
You could make better progress if you raided 25+ hours a week too, does that mean it's mandatory? You don't HAVE to valor cap every week - if you don't have time, then don't do it. What you're asking for is more reward from less time spent playing, which is not a direction Blizzard wants to go in. |

Wrong forum, but really, it's surprising to me how quickly VP add up. Some weeks my playtime is a weekday evening and a weekend day, and I still either cap or come close to capping.
If long LFR/LFD queue times are getting in your way (I never really understood this until I decided to level my warlock -- I had no idea how spoiled I was with healer queues), Scenarios are a quick and easy way of churning out VP. Chain queue for scenarios while doing dailies. |

I have stopped earning Valor until after 5.2 drops.

Not getting it done in 1 day. The earlier in the week that you queue, the shorter your queue time is. Try to get your lfr's done by Thursday for better queue times. Also, if you're dps your queue time will be longer. |

I had to give up on worrying about valor cap. I could force my way through 1k a week on one toon...but if I did that I wouldn't be having fun because I wouldn't be playing how I want to play so it's seemed a bit stupid to get hung up on capping. Then again, I'm so far from playing hardcore that it's not like I'm risking a raid spot or some such by doing so. /shrug
I do wish they would make it a bit easier to hit but I'm not going to fuss about it :) OH, and lfrs can go to hockeysticks if I don't need the gear from them, an hour queue a piece is SO not worth it. Hate being stuck in a queue. Sometimes I cap on one character, sometimes I cap on all 4, sometimes I cap on none...just depends on how much I feel like playing in a given week and what I felt like doing :) |
