Yes you....i remember you....in the mountains.
And to those saying blizz doesn't "need" to say anything at all do you actually know what you're implying? What you are saying is that they can do nothing but ninja 'buff" the droprates(implement whats not there) and everything will be fine.
So in other words you're saying it's absolutely fine for them to give a giant middle finger to everyone that has alts or mains burning coins or even wasting time on the boss on a weekly basis in attempts to get a mount that isn't there.

I saw a guy with a Galleon mount a month or so ago but oddly enough, you'd think someone riding a mushan with a damn cannon on it would be seen with it at all times. However, I have not come across this person ever again. Perhaps he did use one of those "morphing programs". However, I was always under the impression that these morphing programs only showed the morph from your POV and well...maybe that's why I've never seen the guy again.
Yea, the morph is only from your POV from what I know.
no O_O but I do post around the forums
oh... and good idea

There is a horn that lets you ride a mount very reminiscent to the galleon mount, if you saw anything thats what you saw.
My dad's uncle's friend's brother's daughter's nephew twice removed got the Sha mount this week. Lucky son of a gun, he is.
Dat he dun is.
What cannon? >>
... so lets close this thing.
not a single one armory link with any of this mounts
drop rate is 0%

Forgot to ask, does anyone have an armory link? And I don't mean a single one... which could be just a GM trying to imply it's aaaaaaall fine... I'm talking about liking at 25 people. With so many servers and players, how can no one provide it?
It's funny people "thanking him for the good info", when the only thing there was a guy saying he saw it! ... Cuz that totally proves it, y'know.
The collective community has created nearly 2 capped threads.
So yeah a response would be appreciated.
I have to say this feels like a witch hunt.So the History Channel's next weekly show will be about the Heavenly Onyx and how it's everywhere in the game but we just can't see it because we've all been brainwashed by the media or something like that?
To all you naysayers who think it's possible for this to simply not have happened, allow me to give you a lesson in statistics.
It isn't even remotely imaginable.
Items off world bosses like Sha and Galleon are rolled on a per character basis, similar to the new system for LFR. Each character is given an equal chance of looting the mount.
Let's be very ridiculously conservative and assume the mount drops 0.001% of the time (1 in 100,000). This is a smaller percent drop than anything in WoW, ever. This means that every time someone kills the Sha, he or she has a 99.999% chance of not seeing the mount. Each time a Sha is killed 40 players get a chance to roll on it.
I'll assume people have been killing the Sha for 12 weeks now, at least 5 times per server, per week, yielding 60 Sha kills per realm, which in turn yields (40*60) = 2,400 looting opportunities. I feel that even the lowest pop realms reach this number, but if not, realms like Illidan have way more to compensate. Again, I'm being very conservative.
A trip to wowprogress reveals 246 US realms, and 267 EU realms, totaling 513 realms.
The Sha of Anger has been looted at least (2,400*513)= 1,231,200 times since launch. I'd bet every penny I had that it's been looted more.
Statistically, the chance of nobody getting the mount by now is .99999^1,231,200 = 0.00045%, or 1 in 222,362. That's roughly similar in magnitude to you winning the $10,000 Powerball this week, buying only three tickets.
Alternatively, there is a 99.9996% chance of someone having the mount by now. This is with me being very conservative. As I increase the number of kills, this gets more and more ridiculous, because we're dealing with an exponential.
Let's be crazy and assume it's killed 10 times per week per server. Now the chances of nobody willing are 1 in 49,444,818,741.
This is the chance of you winning the Powerball Jackpot every week for the next 5 years.
Have I made my point?
