After a mere setback due to the transition of expansions, SY is now raiding strong and progressing well.

Apply today! http://scrogsyou.enjin.com Guild Information: One of the realms most infamous semi-hardcore yet surprisingly casual progression guilds is back and in action. <Scrogs You> is now <SY> after a little bump in the road from our old friends at Blizz for a mandatory guild name change. We have been a consistent, well-respected, 25M raiding guild on Arthas since Wrath of the Lich King. Our guild is consisted of a majority of college age adults who want an efficient laid back raiding experience, while still progressing at a top level. We strive to maintain a tight knit and fun after-raid environment, while maintaining high activity on our forums. As a guild is only as fun as its guildies, we strive to keep a group of people that can both joke around and respect each other at the same time. Everyone needs to be able to take criticism and be mature enough to be a team player. Even if we are not logged on, many of our raiders and guildies hang out in vent on off-nights where we can play other PC or console games as well as play on our alts etc. Although we do not consider ourselves “hardcore”, our raid spots are extremely competitive and we strive to be the best we can be with the time we have. Our raiders are expected to maintain top knowledge of their class and perform among the best players on the server. All applicants will be competing for their raid spots with other exceptionally experienced and skilled players. Currently we have three nights allotted for raiding, although it is common that we will clear all of our content in two nights and take the third night as an optional night for alt runs and old raids. We strive to balance progression with farm content so that we continually progress and push hard when we need to, but also realistically spend our time in a way that we do not burn out our raiders. A normal week consists of one progression night and one clear night, with the third night as backup if things take longer than expected or we are close to a hard-earned kill. Our schedule and times are as follows: 25M Progression Raid: Tuesday – Invites start around 9:45 PM ST, Pull at 10:00 PM. Raid ends at 1:30 AM ST. Wednesday – Invites start around 9:45 PM ST, Pull at 10:00 PM. Raid ends at 1:30 AM ST. Sunday – If mandatory raid is occurring on Sunday you will be informed on Wednesday night. The times will be the same. Pull at 10:00 PM. Raid ends at 1:30 AM ST. Optional alt runs are organized per raider interest and availability but usually occur on Thursday and Monday nights. You will be invited via the in-game calendar if interested. We will likely use some of this time to run PTR raids as available to prepare for upcoming content as well (optional as well). Loot system (ALL RAIDS): Roll-Based with optional Loot Council. It's simple: Win the roll for your main spec! We try not to council unless people are clearly not contributing or have a poor attitude. For the most part we look out for what is best for one another and the progression of the guild as a whole. Trials will not be able to roll on loot unless no one else needs, but will gain full loot privileges once promoted. All friends are allowed in guild and can apply for a core trial raiding spot at any time. This is to make sure you can stay with the people you want to raid with, even if you are at different levels of play or have different desires in game. We often sub in people with less experience on normal mode bosses to help catch them up so they can join progression raids in the future if they prove themselves. Our current progression in Throne of Thunder is 1/13 HM and 12/12 NM. We achieved 6/16 HM in Tier 14. So there you have it.
