Is it possible now?

To retrieve an old guild that has been hijacked and has remained dormant for years now.
Been trying to get back a guild that my son and I created together. The guy who stole it, kicked all our toons and bounced to another server and has never returned. The sweetest justice would be to get it back. Is it possible now to do that yet? |

After years, it's almost definitely not possible. At the time that someone hacks a guild Blizzard can generally determine that they took it illicitly and give it back, but after years the logs will be cleared. If he hijacked it by convincing you to give him GM by lying, they might be able to do something because of him scamming, but again they won't have chat logs from years ago.

You can get the name back. so at least you can reclaim that.
