You might be able to live with that, but a lot of others won't. Especially since it lets the Horde keep everything they've taken.

An equalizing number of starting zones for gameplay reasons? In vanilla Alliance had 10 and Horde 8. Now it's 13A to 12H, because humans have 4 while everyone else now has 3, and that's ok. :D

You know this is an excuse that's only ever been said by fans?

Somehow a game play reason makes it alright? Hardly. Game play reasons have screwed over the lore and the Alliance badly. Blizzard has to attempt to write the lore to account for the game play, which means the Horde will win the war since game play reasons dictate that it has to keep the zones it's taken. Which means the Alliance is going to have to swallow a very very bitter pill and the horde learns that war does pay off. It's gotten a lot more territory and resources and the Alliance WILL back off and let it keep it. That's not a lesson the Horde should be learning because it -will- do it again when it wants more Alliance land.

Which is all fine, because as Kosak says..

Warcraft isn't fair..

Unless your Orc.. Then you get to take another planet over because yours was destroyed due to an orc blowing it up. ..

I think there was also something about throwing slushies at Alliance players in there and driving off in a car, but I could be wrong.. There was definitely an Alliance and car involved.
