[H10] Hero Squad 8/16H LF a healer and a DPS

Hero Squad is a 10 man heroic progression guild looking to finalize our roster going into 5.2. We are a very tight knit group of raiders who enjoy efficient and maximized progression while maintaining a three day raid schedule. We use EPGP for our loot system and mumble for voice communications.
Current progression: 5/6H MSV, 3/6H HoF, 4/4 ToES Raid times: Tues/Wed/Thurs 9-12pm EST We are currently looking for one healer and one DPS for core raid spots. Requirements are a very comprehensive knowledge of your class, a desire to constantly optimize your character, and the ability to communicate with fellow raiders about raid strategy and beyond. You should also have 490+ ilvl with a solid amount of heroic experience behind your belt.
