So When i try to download Wow. it begains to download then a box will pop up saying.
"Battle.net Update agent has stopped working. a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you a solution is available" Any way i can fix this? |

It sounds like something is preventing the installer. There are lots of things that can cause this. If you are using Windows Vista/7/8, please try right clicking on your game shortcut and select the Run as administrator option. Disabling or temporarily uninstalling firewall and anti-virus programs (Norton, McAfee, etc) can permit the installer to complete successfully. Of course, do not remove security software if you can't reinstall it, and always restore disabled security after installing. Proxy settings on your system can also block access. Make sure to disable proxy settings from the control panel:
Click on the Connections tab. Click the button called "LAN Settings" Uncheck all of the options on that screen. Then try again. If the issue persists, we can try resetting the launcher files completely. Follow the steps here to do that. |
