So my computer of 5 years is on its last legs. I have been wanting to build a computer for the longest time but I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to computers so I have been getting some help from my roommate and friends. I have made some tweaks myself to it so any suggestions would be great! Here is what the specs would look like.
COOLER MASTER HAF 912 RC-912-KKN1 Black SECC/ ABS Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
EVGA 02G-P4-3660-KR GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-750 750W Continuous @40°C, 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified, Modular Design, Single +12V Rail, ATX12V v2.31/EPS12V v2.92, SLI Ready, CrossFire Ready, Active-PFC Power Supply
Intel Core i5-3570 Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2500 BX80637i53570
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9
Was also looking at maybe this fan, I had read reports that the 3570 heats up quite a bit.
COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 "Heatpipe Direct Contact" Long Life Sleeve 120mm CPU Cooler Compatible with Intel 1366/1155/775 and AMD FM1/FM2/AM3+
My ultimate goal is to run WoW on Ultra settings (High is fine) and games like BF3, Skyrim, etc. on max settings with no lag.
Also looking at maybe the FX 8350 instead of 3570
Get a I5 3570k for overclocking not the normal one.
Also I would get the 7950 and make use of the free bioshock + crysis 3 offer they have for the same price of a 660 ti.
Sapphire / Gigabyte would be my recommended brands for the 7950.
You have no reason to get a 750watt psu unless you plan on doing SLI/XFIRE
as long as it is a 80+ (bronze/silver/gold/plat) certified and 500watt or more, you should be fine for single gpu setups.

I'm not looking to OC. As for the 7950 I was going to go with that over the 660 but then I saw the 660 ti and actually totally forgot about the 7950.
I am also leaning towards the FX 8350 as I have been reading nothing but great reviews about it.

I agree with this.
Save some money and get a lower end PSU. From it looks like, your system won't push 400W at max load (which is will never be at). I'd spend less money into a 500-550power supply from that 750W. Anything +80 Cert should be fine. Brands I recommend are XFX, Seasonic and Antec.
Bronze/silver/gold/plat are just more icing on the cake, in my opinion.
Also, from your post it seems like you're missing an Optical Drive and Storage drive. Are you taking those from your old PC?
If you aren't going to overclock. You can drop Cooler Master third party cooler. And you can drop down to a I5-3350P or I5-3470 CPU (if you staying with Intel). And drop down your Mobo to a B75.

It wouldn't hurt to get the i5 3570k since you're already getting an aftermarket fan and a z77 motherboard.
You shouldn't need a sound card unless you're in a profession that requires you to have the best sound quality as the onboard audio should be more than enough.
With the set up above, you will get Ultra settings easily with 55+ fps in WoW. That review has many options with other games that came out recently and measures it with the 660 (ti)
It's a great set up you have but I still would consider changing to a lower PSU.
I suggest this one:
Adding another piece of info:
I would check out pcpartbuilder.com Its a wonderful website that compares a lot of computer retailers and organizes them with prices. I love newegg but saving 5-10 bucks here and there with other retailers is great. That extra money could be used to buy you dinner out a night.
