I did, but I started out on cenarion circle which was a decent size rp realm back in the day.
idk, I still play table-top D&D. And not even 4th ed; Wizards of the Coast ruined the game. We play heavily modified 2.5 ed.ilu, imo ad&d was the best!
I haven't looked into compiling a list yet, as some of the items leave me stroking my chin.
These items specifically being things like our trinkets (Bad Juju and Runes of Re-Origination--even though I anticipate we'll be using the other two trinkets instead). With weapons, my assumption is that if we're "really" stocked up on expertise/hit, we're probably going to be using http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=96410 x2, and if not, http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=96410. This is mainly keeping in mind with us being Orcs, as there are maces for Dwarves (Wouldn't surprise me if their list wasn't a little different between the two--340 extra expertise is a little crazy not to pass up).
My guess at a short glance:
Helm - Tier; http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=96691
Shoulder - Tier; http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=96693
Chest - Tier; http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=96689
Legs - Tier; http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=96692
Gloves - Offpiece; http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=96495
Before I go into stuff like necks and such, the reason why I would list the gloves as our offpiece is because not only does it have two sockets, but they are both red with a +120 agility socket bonus. The offpiece Helmet may have a 180 agi bonus vs. the tier's 180 crit, but the tier has hit/haste vs. the other's crit/haste. With us being potentially loaded with expertise, the non-tier gloves would be fine because not only would they carry +440 bonus agility, but it's a difference of crit/haste on non-tier vs. crit/expertise on the tier.
Concerning the three red socket legs, http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=96549, it's literally a difference of one socket (In this case, gloves) just being located in a different gear area. If you take for comparison the tier gloves with their +60 bonus and the non tier gloves, it's a +60 agi increase to the socket bonus with one extra socket--just like the legs. Considering the legs don't look too preferably optimized, I wouldn't really consider them for our offpiece either.
Offpiece shoulders also lack a socket.
Concerning rings, we really only have three choices. All three has haste, one has mastery, and the other has hit. Depending on Hit levels, we may or may not end up choosing the hit ring.
Bracers will probably be: http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=96494, as I don't have a means to really compare it with anything as it is listed as "random enchantment" :/.
Boots seem a little buggy as only one is listed with two sockets: http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=95009. Assuming this is the only one with sockets, probably this one for boots.
For the Neck, I could see http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=96702 being the choice because of the red socket and affluent levels of hit/expertise.
Hit/Haste vs. Expertise/Mastery. With the socket bonuses being the same and forcing us to resort to a 1 socket tier glove, that means we would also be missing out on +160 (Also the socket bonus, so in actuality +240) agility. Because of the fact all of the sockets on the chest are red, this would bring it down to the glove offpiece combo bringing +60 agility vs. that off chest. There's also the secondary stats brought from the hybrid gemming on the yellow/blue sockets.
