25 Heroic: Lei Shi stack + healing Help?

So trying to get a kill on Heroic Lei Shi before 5.2 and we're running across some problems.

Stack management seems to be our primary issue and healing tanks our secondary.

For stack management we are using 3 players (hunter/warlock/ prot warrior).
We are doing 3 tanks. 2 on the boss, 1 building stacks and picking up adds.
We are 7 Healing it.

For stack management we are trying to have our warlock/hunter reset around 10ish (sometimes a bit higher) with never having our Prot Warrior reset.

On our best attempt we made it to ~20% as well as to the 7min enerage.

The problem I am having in reviewing this is that WoL doesn't review stacks on Lei Shi properly so I can't actually tell how well we are doing at keeping stacks on him (and how high the stacks are).

Our best attempt:

Things we have done to speed up the fight Specials:
1. We have preassigned positions for everyone to get him out of the hide ASAP.
2. Our Prot warrior leaps in during every get away but the first.

Questions:
When should the 2 players building stacks swap?
When should you first get stacks on Lei Shi?
When do you first try and get your OT putting stacks on the boss?
What do you think we should do with stacks?

Generally we have CC on lockdown, but occasionally we are fail on it. What has been your best method to make sure you can get this fight on lock down?

Use needtoknow to track the stacks, Can explain it if you don't know how to use the add on (pretty simple)

Explaining this to Thatius tonight, what we do is pretty simple. Have two range + myself tank soaking stacks, make sure raid understands where not to stand on her especially tanks (I.E her left side is where the debuffed person goes) Two soakers soak until the first get away, warlock portal in immediately one debuff to make it go fast. They stay in until 15 seconds left on their "buff", call out other person goes in at whatever stack they're at, continue this rotation until 3rd tank is at ~15 stacks. Cut one of the dps out of the rotation, tank can basically solo it now. Run out at 15 secs run back in etc.

Don't come in until 20 stacks. After that the fight literally melts.

As far as CC, have the raid accustomed to watching the 3rd tank where they run to and that add is the kill target. CC everything else knockbacks are best (knocking off edge) and obviously warlocks... Until they banish the kill target over and over, Wakalocka..

Add tank (soaker) will need externals if they don't have their own, stuns etc obviously good. Don't blow mocking as the soaker if you're a warrior.

Basically what we were doing, but we just couldn't execute it. Healers would be overwhelmed by tank damage during the protects and we would lose an add. Also we didn't have our 3rd tank debuffing the boss as much as possible (something that would have helped a ton).

Might try a two soaker strat, or 3 at the begging then 2 later on to reduce tank damage.

Thanks for the tips.
