Fair and Impartial (10m) Recruiting Raiders

Hello everyone,

Fair and Impartial is currently seeking a healer, rDPS, and tank to join our raid teams. Fair and Impartial is a no-drama, close-knit, quiet guild. We have a wide range of players and activities, from casual grouping to semi-hardcore progression raiding. Since this is a raid recruitment post, we were 4/6 H, 6/6, 4/4 in 5.0 and cleared 8/8 H in 4.3, but you can find more information about our progression on either our website at www.fair-and-impartial.wowstead.com or on WoWProgress.

Successful raiders in our raid groups have limited egos, prioritize teamwork over personal gain, and let their achievements in-game speak for themselves. It's not uncommon in our core groups to have raiders joking about who wants a piece of gear less ("No, you take it! No, you!") rather than greedily arguing over who deserves the piece more. In addition, we're serious about playing a little better each pull, and we value nightly improvement over progression kills--although one typically leads to the other. Finally, we prefer to be a guild who is seen and not heard; we're here for our guild family, not to tout gearscores or progression in public channels.

Preference will be given to candidates who meet the above qualifications and show a willingness to make themselves part of the Fair and Impartial family. As far as class preference goes, our preferred candidates for tanks would be guardian druids and brewmaster monks, our preferred DPS candidates would be ranged DPS other than hunters, and our preferred healer candidates would be a mistweaver monk or a restoration druid. Since we value character, attitude, and skill over class composition, please don't be discouraged if you don't meet the preferred qualifications.

Our primary raid group raids from 630 CST to 930 CST Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Our secondary raid group raids from 630 CST to 930 CST on Saturday and Monday.

If you think Fair and Impartial fits your playstyle and what you'd like from a guild family, please contact Metrax or Unbeliev in-game.

Cheers,
Metrax
