unit frame UI changes explained for 5.2?

I'm not sure how to interpret the new default raid frame UI for health (HP). Is there a web page or something in the game explaining the new colors, what is over heal, incoming heals, damage that would be absorbed, etc.?

Viewing the party or raid frames...

The two UI elements are the bright light blue vertical bar on the right of the rectangle for a given party member and the blue hatched pattern. Both of these look like they are related to heals or mitigated damage, but it is a bit difficult to know for sure.

They are both the same thing. They are the absorbs that the player has. If they are full health, it will just show the 'vertical bar' on the right side of their player frame. If they are not full, the blue 'hatched pattern' will show what their health is if you add the absorb amount.
