This is to the alliance pvpers. You know who I am. Reroll an alt or whatever.
I need a fc and 1 preferably boomkin for our rbg team. Our mmr is 2k atm, cr 1900ish. And we have had to carry pugs from other servers as we push to our 2200-2400 team. I believe in skill over comp everytime. Joining RRFC we believe in accountablity but have fun. In a nice way if you are bad we will remove you quickly. We may open recruitment for a "alt training" run, but I have learned the hard way that some people may not be cut out for high levels of pvp.
Our needs are as follows:
Affliction lock - very high
Destro lock - medium
Ret pally - lol unless your Rank one skill and can prove it.
Holy pally - low
Disc priest - low
Holy priest - see ret pally
Arcane mage - see holy priest
Arms warrior - low
Prot warrior - very high, prefered with a high skill level in fury///arms also but not required.
Guardian druid - Very High, MUST BE ABLE TO SOLO HOLD A NODE VS A ROGUE, REQUIRED
WW monk - medium
MW monk - high
Frost dk - high
UH dk - medium
Blood dk - see arcane mage
Hunter - low
Rogue - medium. As a rogue, understand that you will be held to a high standard. Rogues are not faceroll the skill cap is high on them. We do need a legit great rogue, but with a higher skill cap. 2200 in cata is 1700 in mop I have noticed.
Frost mage - medium
Fire mage - see Blood dk
Demo warlock - see Fire mage
Boomkin - Very High

This is the right approach IMO. Getting the Alliance here to reroll an alt or transfer one of their characters. Good to see some sort of activity is still happening Horde side.
