I LOL at ST on my hunter, as I literally crush rogues silly enough to try and range me.

This is my second rogue. I deleted my first one a while back and now I'm rolling another one. I must admit, it is such a rush stalking someone until they are at their weakest moment. Then when they think all is well, shoving a dagger in their spine.

Agreed. I laugh my !@# off when I see a Rogue trying to take out a ranged class with Shurikens only to see them get blown up and forced to cloak/vanish. If you're gonna be an idiot and try to ST guys to death might as well go play another class. I only hit ST when I'm chasing someone or trying to stop someone from assaulting a base.

I actually tried in the Isle of Thunder to take out a hunter with purely ST and DT as sub.

I had been killing him over and over so I decided to play a little by dong this....I nearly died, and had to ShD + CnD to kill him before he shot me down.

ST is a nice skill, it gives us SOME range ability..but we arent hunters.

Hmmmm, since it seems to be on topic... My rogue is the only toon i ever level capped since the game released. Season 2 was the only time period i felt that we looked "cool". For what it is worth, many T.V shows/movies/games gave their -ninja- class a move to bring about what this game would call "pets". It does make me wonder if we will ever get them. Deep down i hope we do but i'm quite aware that we don't need them.

I think all the 'rogue flash' that you desire is in the icons showing up on a victims' screen during an ambush, no one said playing a rogue would be glamorous, it's a dirty job; at the end of the day your teammates will look at you with a mixture of fear and contempt. You are the silent scourge of the battlefield, clothies wake up in cold sweats at night because of rogues, and everyone holds their weapons tight in vain. Armor is simply a word to you, there is no escape from your blade, no refuge from your calculated assault, except the quiet grey of death, and that my friend is why we are rogues.

maybe because U R playing the Roll of the Rogue wrong?
were not the Heroes of this game, were more like the Bad Boy/Gal(s) who will rob U blind with a Cute smile,(while we stick a Knife in your back!)
a Rogue isn't like those other Fool classes who Quickly Run into the Fry without Thinking first.
we take R time, and then take what we want later. (just for the hell of it!)
when it come to loot stuff, we take it all. and if we like U, we may be somewhat nice, and give U the Junk that can't sell at all.
if U don't believe me, just look up the meaning to the word itself, in any good Dictionary & Thesaurus, it will open your Eyes somewhat.

No one plays rogues thats why they dont care to improve our rotations, and give us fun cool looking abiities we havent changed much since vanilla with just many utility and survivability passives removed.

Stat priorities of changed not much else since vanilla other than the way poisons work and huge nerfs to our dodge and self healing.. Rogues have some of the worst looking tier sets and we dont have flashy spells and must dump resource into maintaining terribad bleeds and a speed buff.

Theres no evidence that the developers care about rogues at all other than band aid fixes to keep us Viable.

everyone complained we died to easily and they buffed mobility and damage.

I think not one dev mains a rogue at blizzard.
