I'm having this odd issue where my demonic fury will flash a value with a decimal point before reverting to a rounded number. I managed to take a screen shot during one such flash displaying a tenth of a demonic fury. I'm fairly certain they're only supposed to be integers.
I've tried disabling addons, as well as deleting my Cache, WTF and Interface folders but the problem remains. I also tried reinstalling WoW.
Does this issue happen to anyone else?

Why does it matter? It's an honest question.
Well the problem is that the flashing decimal increases the number of significant figures of the value. Since the value is centered, it moves all around the place, and becomes much harder to read than it used to be.
I don't use any. Do you display your health as percentages or as a value?
Sorry for the delay. I got health display as a value. i use an addon called Target Health Percent to see it as a percentage.
I'm not sure if this is in any way related but have you tried to reduce your UI scale? (it's an option somewhere in the interface). I've noticed your ui looks so big.
