I just recently got a repair on my laptop and for some reason some things have gone wrong. I needed a repair because the motherboard was faulty and needed to replace the fans. But for some reason now that I have it back the sound is going through my headsets and the speakers at the same time. I updated drivers and everything and nothing has changed. How do I fix this problem?
Secondly my backlit keyboard is not turning on. When I start my laptop it lights up for 5 seconds or so then just turns off and I don't know how to turn it on. Any help or where I could find help would be greatly appreciated.

The settings for your audio are in the Sound area under Control Panel for most people. You may have extra software that controls the audio on your computer, in which case, use that software to configure how your audio works.
You may need to play with the configuration for a little bit to find the setup that works best for you but with some time and patience, you will find what you're looking for.
