I'am trying to buy a time code from the blizzard store and when I press checkout I keep getting this message (look below). Anyone else have this issue? I dont want to use my credit card if there is an issue with blizzard.

Try using a web browser other than Internet Explorer. And ensure that you're on the actual Blizzard Store page for your game region.
