Throughout Azeroth, all of the civilians in major cities prepared for their own missions, a drink at a local tavern, or are at an all out war. Nothing is settled on the Alliance side; there is always that lingering trouble of organizations threatening to go at war with each other. Lines have been made, borders have grown, distance between organizations, loathe and greed to recover the lands within the Alliance slowly breaks everyone apart.

Especially Stormwind; home to the brave heroes and villains that call the busy city their home. Nothing is secure, no street is safe. Organizations group together to do patrols, or to attack at a fellow Alliance organization... But what if there could be peace? What if there could be some peace for one day? To put everything behind us and unite through these dark times now that Garrosh was seeking power from the Sha in Pandaria. What if we could do that for only a few days...?

In the busy streets of Stormwind, a woman shrouded in dark cloaks of blood and shadows was found walking the Trade District; accompanied by a six-foot two black wolf covered in Horde armor that was stolen from them during the battle in Karasang Wild. In her hands, the woman held what seemed to be paper, and a bag that hooked over her left shoulder and let the pouch rest at her right hip. The handle of a mallet was seen poking out, and the constant ring of the nails contained in the fabric alerted those who stood near the district.

The guards watched as the woman approached the large bulletin, which was scattered with old quests that had been long forgotten from those in the public. Under her shadowed hood, her lips pursed as she lifted her gaze to the bulletin. Her heart sank at the sight of all the memories of her coming to this large scale board to collect a quest for her to earn gold. Slowly setting down the papers and using her foot to keep them secure; the woman reached up and lifted off her hood to reveal her features.

Who stood there was none other than Lunaxia Skydin, the emerging Peacekeeper that had disappeared for over a month, her mismatched gaze eyeing the board carefully. She thought about where her poster should go, so that she didn’t hog all the space so that more reports could be lodged onto the board for others to gather. But in the end; Lunaxia sighed softly before took a paper out from under her boot, dusting it off as she lifted it to the board. It seemed like a very large paper the least, but the paper curled from the wind as she held it up, frowning as she reached into her bag. That was until she felt another hand near hers, making her look over. It was a Stormwind Guard, watching her as he gave her a brief nod to let her know that he had her covered.

Lunaxia smiled softly as she nodded back, releasing the paper so that she could reach into her bag to pull out two nails and her mallet. Lifting up the nails in her left hand and the mallet in her right, Lunaxia began to puncture the nails into the corners of the poster, allowing the guard to stand back and look at what she had put up. They both smile at what the poster stated:

CITIZENS OF THE ALLIANCE:

A NEW TOURNAMENT WILL BEGIN ON JUNE 27th THAT WILL BRING FORTH PEACE AND UNITY AMONGST ALL OF OUR ORGANIZATIONS. HOSTED BY LUNAXIA SKYDIN AND FELLOW ALLIANCE MEMBERS, KING VARIAN WRYNN BRINGS YOU:

[Out-of-Character Post to the Alliance and Horde:]

Hello fellow Wymrest Accord Role-Players,

I am Lunaxia, a representative of <Out for Blood> and one of the In Character Peacekeepers on our Realm! I wanted to give you all an update that there is an opening realm event for the Alliance that is based on the Olympic Games. It'll be a small try, but it's definitely worth doing it again in a few months with more ideas!

The reason why this was created was to bring more Open Role-Play in our realm and to help encourage more Role-Play interaction with other guilds; both In-Character and Out-of-Character. This also brings more fun events into our realm by having all these games, these vendors, entertainment and many other things to either bring everyone into a more united Role-Play Realm and to bring in more Role-Players into our active community!

NOTE TO THE PLAYER:

This event is based on an Open Realm-Wide Server Role-Play. Even if it is my events: You must understand that I go by the Code of Conduct. I will not tolerate people breaking rules at this Open Role-Play that go against World of Warcraft - Blizzard Entertainment Inc. If you are all caught doing this, there will be others reporting you for it. I want this to be a fun Open Role-Play event for everyone to enjoy and being a proactive Role-Player helps. Down below is a link to The Code of Conduct, Role-Play 102: The Revenge Society (a rough idea on what Role-Play is).

Code of Conduct

Role-Play 102: The Revenge Society

RULES AND EXPECTATIONS ON PUBLIC
I want to have a nice event that is clean and organized, and please try to follow these rules. I don’t want any Out of Character Drama. We want everyone to have fun, so following the General Rules in here; it’ll help keep the Role-Play Community Proactive with each other. Some of the Role-Play can be encouraged, but it is best if you try to stick with the rules so that there isn’t any trouble further on in this event.

Everyone will have a two warning chance before they give over their ticket that they will purchase for 5 gold and escorted off the property. Please read the rules below:

1. NO METAGAMMING – If you are caught doing meta-gamming, taking IC and OOC stuff and blending it together, that individual that you are targeting has a full right to inform me and your guild leader. If you progress to do that, you ticket will be taken away and you will be escorted off of the property to a mage that will teleport you back to the city.

i. If you get your ticket taken away, and if you get on an alt to come and troll, you will be reported.

2. NO HARASSMENT/BULLYING – If a player is caught harassing another player or guild, that member has every right to ignore you and report you to Blizzard. They will also let the guards or I know so that way we can warn everyone of who this player is to prevent more issues.

3. NO GODMODDING – If you are caught being a ‘god-like being’ over a Role-Play, you will be warned to correct it or else your ticket will be removed from your toon and escorted off property.

4. NO VIOLENCE UNLESS A PARTICIPANT – It is encouraged to have some conflict, but you’re In Character actions will have consequences from it. I am not afraid to kick people out of this event and to be harsh about it, but I want everyone to have a good time.

5. IC = IC, OOC = OOC, IC =//= OOC – This means: In Character stays In Character, Out of Character stays Out of Character: In Character and Out of Character never mixes together. If someone is an !@#$%^- IC, they are not an *!@#$%^ OOC. Take the time to sort things out instead of lashing at them and thinking that they hate your guts when they could be sitting there singing a tune in their head.

6. PATIENCE IS KEY – When waiting for another Role-Player to respond to a post, just be patient with them and understand that they could be a paragraph Role-Player or they could go to the washroom after your post (which brings the next rule).

7. IF AFK... LET OTHERS KNOW AND PUT /AFK – Some people will be furious if you walk away without notice. It’s being courteous towards the other Role-Players and it helps show that you are being a Proactive Role-Player.

8. IF THE PERSON IS A DOUCHE = IGNORE AND BE ON YOUR WAY – Don’t dwell on others not being cooperative, even if it sucks that his had to end with you putting them on ignore. I’m trying to get us all to get along happily on this event.

9. HAVE FUN – It’s all about having fun, meeting new Role-Players and friends. I encourage everyone to start their own thing, get to know what everyone’s guild is like, and heck, you could slide an alt into the friendly guilds. I want you all to have fun, make new stories and get ready to have fun on this realm!

Events for the Champion Tournament:

JOUSTING

This event will be open for champions that are experienced in the jousting background. The option is to do a /roll and then post, or to do personal posts that are based on strategy.

Expectations for Roll Jousting posts:
• If roller gets lower roll than the other roller, they get the automatic hit and lose.
o If the roller gets 1 – 9 on their roll, it’s a very weak hit and a great chance of missing the target.
o If the roller gets 10 – 20 on their roll, it’s a weak hit, or miss and won’t do much damage to their opponent.
o If roller gets 21 – 40, it’s a better hit than the other roll listed above.
o If roller gets 41 – 60, it’s a higher chance of hitting, but the risk of breaking your lance.
o If roller gets 61 – 80, it’s a great hit; the risk involves a small amount of armor damage and could knock the rider off.
o If the roller gets 81 – 97, it’s a strong hit that has a higher chance of knocking the other rider off.
o If the roller gets 98 – 100, it’s a critical hit and allows the opponent to be sent off his stallion.
• If roller gets higher roll than the other roller, they get the automatic hit and victory.
Depending on the rolls, the player will post a reaction based on the judge’s input on the hit and allows for the contenders to have a chance of winning.
Expectations for Non-Roll Jousting:
• The minimum in a post is three sentences, and the maximum is two paragraphs.
o Players have five minutes to post or will be disqualified.
o There will be NO auto-hits. Referees will whisper the opponent to let them know if they did an auto-hit and have ONE chance of a retry.
o No God-Modding. If the contender is caught with God-Modding, they will have on chance to do an “attempt” post.
o If contender ignores the referee when requested, it’s an automatic disqualification.

RULES FOR JOUSTING

1. NO MAGIC, RANGED, OR SWORDS – The only items that are allowed for jousting is a lance which is provided on the Argent Tournament Grounds.
i. No spells are to be used at all during this event. Mages, Warlocks and other spell users will be warned by the judge only ONCE. If caught performing a spell, it’s an automatic disqualification.
ii. No healing spells are to be used at all during this event unless wounded. If you have been weakened while jousting and perform a healing spell, it’s an automatic disqualification.
iii. No ranged weapons are to be used at all during this event. If a hunter, mage, or other ranged bearers are caught using another weapon, it’s an automatic disqualification.
iv. A sword can be used as a substitute if the bearer cannot use a lance. Either a sword, pole-arm or axe may be used. If caught using another weapon that isn’t listed, they will not be able to participate.

2. ONLY 30 MINUTES PER ROUND – The reason for this is due to the fact that there may be other contenders wishing to participate. There will be three areas that can be used for each jousting round, but it would be preferred if we have 30 minutes.
i. As stated above in the description: the minimum is 3 sentences to two paragraphs.
ii. Contender only has 5 minutes to post something before they are considered missing a turn.

3. NO GOD-MODDING OR METAGAMMING – This is to keep the peace and sportsmanship in this event. If caught doing this or any other rule breaking against ToA, you will be asked to leave the site.

4. PATIENCE IS KEY – We understand that some of our Role-players may want to get their post going, but it is best to be polite and be patient with your contender. Being a proactive player helps everyone.

MELEE

This event allows players to go up against another contender to fight in the /roll mechanism or freestyle role-play. There are two sections for this part due to the fact that there are two separate melee styles.

TEAM VERSUS TEAM (5 versus 5)

How this goes for Team versus Team is to go in a specific order. If the group desires and wishes to participate, they may choose 3-5 members in their party for this. If there are 3 members, they have a three paragraph limit. If there are 4 group members, they have a two and a half paragraph limit. Whoever rolls the highest is the first to post and from there on, from descending the roll numbers; it will go by each player.

Expectations for Roll Melee posts:

• If roller gets lower roll than the other roller, they get the automatic hit and lose.
o If the roller gets 1 – 9 on their roll, it’s a very weak hit and a great chance of missing the target.
o If the roller gets 10 – 20 on their roll, it’s a weak hit, or miss and won’t do much damage to their opponent.
o If roller gets 21 – 40, it’s a better hit than the other roll listed above.
o If roller gets 41 – 60, it’s a higher chance of hitting, but the risk of being injured.
o If roller gets 61 – 80, it’s a great hit; the risk involves a small amount of armor damage.
o If the roller gets 81 – 97, it’s a strong hit that has a higher chance of stunning your contender.
o If the roller gets 98 – 100, it’s a critical hit and allows the opponent to be K.O.’d.
• If roller gets higher roll than the other roller, they get the automatic hit and victory.

Expectations for Non-Roll Melee:
• The minimum in a post is three sentences, and the maximum is two paragraphs.
o Players have five minutes to post or will be disqualified.
o There will be NO auto-hits. Referees will whisper the opponent to let them know if they did an auto-hit and have ONE chance of a retry.
o No God-Modding. If the contender is caught with God-Modding, they will have on chance to do an “attempt” post.
If contender ignores the referee when requested, it’s an automatic disqualification.

RULES FOR MELEE

1. NO KILL SHOTS – If the contender attempts to kill their opponent, it’s an automatic disqualification in the tournament and is not permitted back into any other events.

2. ONCE IN COMBAT – NO WEAPON SWAP – Many opponents may have pulled out a magic gun where no one knew about and shoot the crap out of people. You will have an inspection before entering the arena that way the referees know about it.

3. ONCE IN COMBAT – NO LEAVING UNTIL 30 MINUTES ARE UP – Unless you have a dire emergency, we’d prefer if you stay in the arena to continue the active Role-Play for others. If you suddenly go AFK please type /afk so that the contender knows that you are away. Try and fight for the 30 minute round so that there are no hiccups on the road.

4. ONLY 30 MINUTES PER ROUND – The reason for this is due to the fact that there may be other contenders wishing to participate. There will be three areas that can be used for each jousting round, but it would be preferred if we have 30 minutes.

5. NO GOD-MODDING OR METAGAMMING – This is to keep the peace and sportsmanship in this event. If caught doing this or any other rule breaking against ToA, you will be asked to leave the site.

6. NO ULTIMATE POWER ATTACKS – If you whip out a “Supvernova Attack of Doom” or anything that results with the destruction of the other contenders or viewers, you will be disqualified and escorted off the grounds due to hazardous Role-Play.

7. PATIENCE IS KEY – We understand that some of our Role-players may want to get their post going, but it is best to be polite and be patient with your contender. Being a proactive player helps everyone and the tournament go on successfully.

8. REMEMBER TO TAKE A HIT (ADDED RULE) - Some contenders get hit by the usual ranged combatant, or another melee or two people are attacking the crap out of your toon or whatever: don't ignore it. You need to remember that you are not a god, or indestructible. Everyone has their limits and everyone can take a hit once in awhile.

ARCHERY

For this part of the tournament, this allows all who are capable to wield a ranged weapon (preferred is a bow). For this part of the tournament, there will be only /roll format due to the fact that being technical could result with an automatic hit. Each archer has 3 targets to aim at.

Expectations for Roll Archery posts:

• The rollers will have a wind direction as well and have to deal with the whispers that the judges give you based on the weather. The area that we perform this at has a dramatic wind change. Every wind direction will be different.
o If the roller gets 1 – 9, the roller misses the target completely.
o If the roller gets 10 – 20, the roller gets closer to the target, but still misses.
o If roller gets 21 – 40, the roller gets on a part of the target but the very last circle.
o If roller gets 41 – 60, the roller gets onto the target, but is on the second or third circle.
o If roller gets 61 – 80, it’s a good hit that gets you on the fourth or fifth circle.
o If the roller gets 81 – 97, it’s a strong hit that gets you on the target on the sixth and seventh circle.
o If the roller gets 98 – 100, it’s a critical hit and allows the opponent to get a direct bullseye.
If contender ignores the referee when requested, it’s an automatic disqualification.

RULES FOR ARCHERY

1. DO NOT POST THE WEATHER CONDITIONS UNLESS INSTRUCTED BY REFEREE – If the contender attempts to kill their opponent, it’s an automatic disqualification in the tournament and is not permitted back into any other events.

2. BOWS ARE ONLY TO BE USED – Many opponents may have pulled out a magic gun where no one knew about and shoot the crap out of people. You will have an inspection before entering the arena that way the referees know about it.

3. NO CHEATING – If you are caught corrupting the arrow, using a spell to make the arrow hit or someone else using any kind of magic to manipulate the arrow to get a direct hit (some players can RP this out) will be disqualified and removed from the tournament.

4. ONLY 3 SHOTS PER ARCHER– The reason for this is due to the fact that there may be other contenders wishing to participate. There will be one area that can be used for each archery round, but it would be preferred if we have 15 minutes.
i. As stated above in the description: the minimum is 3 sentences to two paragraphs.
ii. Contender only has 5 minutes to post something before they are considered missing a turn.

5. PATIENCE IS KEY – We understand that some of our Role-players may want to get their post going, but it is best to be polite and be patient with your contender. Being a proactive player helps everyone and the tournament go on successfully.

6. WAIT FOR INSTRUCTIONS – When starting off the archery, the referee will inform the contenders to do the following.
i. Archers take your mark! – This allows the archers to get into their opening stance, and load your bow with your arrow. Remember the rule posted above about the limit. The referee will inform you what the wind is like before the next post.
ii. Aim! – This allows the archer to pull back the string, preparing the shot as well as describing the current wind condition. This allows the archer to show the viewers their preparation.
iii. Fire! – Please roll before you post to determine if you land on the target or not.
7. DO NOT FIRE AHEAD OF TIME – If you ignore the instructions, you will be disqualified.

VENDORS, ENTERTAINMENT AND GUILD ADVERTISEMENT

Not only do we sit there and let our contenders enjoy the tournament, but we’re attempting to support to all those who bring our community together: the organizations/guilds of Wymrest Accord.

It’s thanks to these guys who have pushed to bring so many more storylines that help with the creation or the advancement of your characters, or to bring more fun to the realm! Even if it can be the big top ‘bad-guys’, or the ‘good-guys’, or even those ‘neutral-guys’... They’re all out there and we know at this event, we’re going to allow them to advertise what they do and sell some items in their guild bank!

Vendors

We’re looking for guilds that would like to advertise and to sell items, there will be an In-Character contract and we’ll reserve a spot for you guys on the Tournament Grounds.

Here are the supplies you can sell:

1. Clothing / Armor (Profession Based)

2. Herbs / Medication (Profession Based)

3. Gryphon Heart Items / Inscription (Profession Based)

4. Alchemy / Enchantments (Profession Based)

5. Food / Alcoholic Drinks / General Goods (Profession Based/Other items)

6. Weapons – Swords, bows, guns, etc...

7. Vendoring Special Items (Epic Items, Mounts, etc.)

Here are supplies we will not accept:

1. Drugs – If caught selling illegal drugs during this tournament, you will be escorted off the property. It will probably happen, but if you are caught by a guard/peacekeeper or Lunaxia... You will be KICKED OUT.

2. Dangerous Weapons – Explosives, gas bombs or anything that could destroy the tournament and bring harm to others. If caught selling these weapons, you will be escorted off the property. It may happen, but if you are caught by a guard/peacekeeper or Lunaxia... You will be KICKED OUT.

Some of these rules will be broken for Roleplay, and its fine Out Of Character. We encourage those kinds of Roleplay! But be warned that In Character has some consequences for it!

Entertainment

From singing, to dancing, to comedy to drama: we allow guilds to bring entertainment. We support any entertainment, but there are limits and such on what. If you want your guild to be part of the entertainment just read the rules below.

1. NO EXPLICIT ENTERTAINMENT – No, there will not be prostitutes walking around looking to give a man or a woman entertainment. We are on the Argent Tournament Grounds; a peaceful order will be respected. If caught doing this, you’ll be escorted off the grounds.

2. NO TORTURE ENTERTAINMENT – A lot of you may ask what the hell this is. But I have seen some characters drag in a Horde member and torture to them to death for the laughs. It is quite terrifying and since we are on equal grounds Lore-wise, it’ll be wrong. If someone decides to do this, you will be arrested for this and be escorted back to Dalaran Stockades and banned until the next game.

3. NO HARASSMENT TOWARDS OTHER RACES OR GUILDS – It can be a small joke or a huge prank that’ll make everyone laugh, but if you go full out, “I HATE NELVES BECAUSE THEY’RE FREAKING TALL PEOPLE WHO ARE OUT IN THE DAYLIGHT AND SHOULD GO DIE!”... Then we have a problem. And if you suddenly go after a guild, not in a joking manner like, “I REALLY WANT ORDER OF THE BANANA TO GO DIE IN A HOLE BECAUSE THEY ARE ELITISTS WHO HAVE NO LIFE MUDDAH FUDGER!” Then we have another problem. Try and be respectful. If you fail to do that, you will be kicked off the grounds and will not be permitted back into the tournament.

4. NO ACTS WILL BRING HARM TO THE VIEWERS – If you have a raging flaming element that decides to fry some people for his free-time, you will be escorted off the property. We want people to ‘live’ at the end of this tournament... That goes for all pets and friends who have companions.

You may create any act you wish, as long as they are not the ones above. If you use sock puppets to tell jokes, or your elements to tell a fortune, it’ll be really awesome to see what creativity flows out into your words! It’ll be really interesting to see what you come up with!

Auditions will be held May 30th to June 2nd at 5:30 PM. A roster will be filled out and such to encourage others to give it a shot!

If you are a guild that is based on entertainment, just contact me on Lunaxia in mail.

Guild Advertisement

And here is the last part for this section: guild advertising. Every guild is welcomed to come and advertise their guild, cheer on their own team (if they sign up) and to give out information to all those who are curious about their guilds! But there are some limitations to posting your advertisement.

1. SPAMMAGE IS NOT ALLOWED - No spamming in /say, /yell. There is a /general chat that is open to all of those for them to read. Or on the day of: I can make a chat called /guildads, so that we don’t spam everyone.

2. DON’T DO OOC... DO IC TOO - Actually Roleplay and interact with everyone, including if they are from another guild... Advertising OOC doesn’t mean you can give a small conversation about what your guild does IC. Chat with everyone!

3. TIMER ON THE SPAMMAGE OF ADS – So what’s going to happen is that everyone is going to have a timer. Let’s say Bob’s guild goes before you, you’re going to go after him and everyone has a 10 MINUTE TIMER. If you spam it below that time, I’ll tell you to tone it down. No one wants the spam...

4. NO PERSUASION WITH MONEY/GOODS – Be honest guys: don’t just throw money and gifts in their face. People want to interact with you guys, and be honest on what they’ll experience. Just like normal advertising in Stormwind.

5. NO WARS – If you guys are teasing each other with, “Oh honh honh, I vill push you out of your spot!” with the laughs, that’s okay. But if you shoot someone, stab someone, or do something to break out a fight, I will ensure that you are escorted off the property. PEACE IS PEACE.

6. NO RECRUITING ON THE GROUNDS – It’s not business to recruit, if you want to recruit, tell them to meet up with you back at your base or the place that you recruit. It would be really cool to do that, but we don’t want to think that George was interested in Bob’s guild, but George went to Jim’s guild because he thought it was cooler and throws it in Bob’s face. It’s not cool... Not cool bro’s and sister’s.

I’m also informing you that every guild that signs up will have their assigned spot. No, you will not show up out of nowhere, stand by the tree and yell to the world, “I OWN THIS SPOT HERE AND NO ONE WILL PUSH ME OUT! MY GUILD STANDS HERE!” When another guild has been there since the start. I will assign you a spot, and I have a map of the entire area. There is a lot of room for people to advertise their guild.

REFEREES, VOLUNTEERS AND GUARDS

For all those who don’t want to become a combatant or don’t want to be a vendor, there’s still another spot for you guys! For this event, I’ll need to have some volunteers that want to help with keeping the games fair, to help others follow the rules, and to encourage having a lot of fun! But this job will not be easy, and in case I have a Real-Life situation, the show must go on! Here is a list of things that must be done if you are any of the following:

The referee obligation in the tournament is to keep track of the players rolls OOC and what they post IC. It can be stressful, but the players must wait for your reaction, and it’s easy. I will provide training a few days before we get down to business! You can follow the rules for the following topics above with the description of each event:

• Jousting – For jousting, it tells you there are some chances in them. It’s easy! But remember: the higher roller wins that round! They have three chances and if there is a draw, they have ONE round to give you the verdict who wins! Also, if you read above, they have a chance to break their weapon, to be sent flying off their steed and such. You can tell them in the party you will have with other contenders, and remember that they have a time limit to post their reaction to their rolls and your verdict.

• Melee – For melee, it’s exactly like jousting, it’ll get messy because some people won’t get the rule of keeping organized at the beginning... But each person has time to post, and you can do a reminder on who is going next. If someone gets out of line with their post and it’s over the rule limit or it is anything against the rules, you give them a chance to rewrite it and if they do it again in another post, they are disqualified. Remember, they have a timer limit to post.

• Archery – For this, it’s exactly like the rolls state. And if you read on what the wind is, you can either predict it is a strong wind going north, or a soft wind going east, to no wind at all. You guys have a lot of options, just as long as the role-player understands what your instructions are and such.
Pretty easy, right? You got that right, and I am pretty sure that you’ll like it. But here’s the catch: you have some rules as well.

RULES

1. NO TAKING BETS/MONEY – Some players will attempt to sneak some money into your pocket to let their friends further or their guild. If someone attempts this with you, and I doubt it will happen, you tell me which the person is and what organization they are part of. I will handle the situation from there, and you will put that person on ignore. You got a role-play to do. It’s the same thing for IC reasons.

2. NO ADVANCING FRIENDS/ALLIES – I don’t care if you love Bob. I don’t care if you’re an ally of George’s guild. Heck, I don’t care if Betty is prettier than Veronica. No friends or allies will be treated special to advance. It is considering cheating, and you will be kicked out of the tournament and will not be able to referee again until qualified to the next tournament. I will have a chat with the other players and referees to get information on what’s going on.

3. TWO REFEREES FOR EACH MATCH – As the saying goes, “Two eyes are better than one”. It helps keep things sorted out, and if one referee does an oops, the other can be like, “Hey man... Let’s be cool and I will point out that there was an oops.” It helps you guys with sorting this stuff out instead of one referee getting overwhelmed!

It’s all easy, and I’m pretty sure everyone understands the rules pretty much. No hacking, no cheating and all that bad stuff. Please, please, please let me know if there should be anything added! Anything to help keep things fair!

Volunteers

From commenter’s on each event, to warlocks providing a portal to the grounds, to mages giving people a portal to a city or even a rogue stalking someone mysterious: we like the volunteers! If you expect pay from it, I will definitely pay you all for your hard work! You guys have to follow pretty much all the rules like the guards, stated below:

RULES

It is considering cheating, and you will be kicked out of the tournament and will not be able to referee again until qualified to the next tournament. I will have a chat with the other players and referees to get information on what’s going on.

3. TWO GUARDS FOR PATROLS – As the saying goes, “Two eyes are better than one”. It helps keep things sorted out and takes a load off of each other and if someone decides to attack you... You have back up.

4. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR COMMUNICATORS ON YOU – This will help with calling for backup if someone is causing a lot of trouble. If there are any situations or anything to be worried about, just report it back to the other officers. Do not worry: there will be another channel to do this!

5. BE STRICT ON THE RULES WITH YOURSELF AND OTHERS – Promote the rules! Hey you, obey the rules! Hey you, don’t ignore me! Hey! Just listen to the rules or read them! Always direct them to the website page to read up on the rules, and be a proactive Role-Player. You may be a guard, but try and be polite about it; it would help make everyone feel welcomed!

6. TWO WARNINGS BEFORE WALKED OFF THE PROPERTY – There will be tickets being sold at the event, so once they step onto the property: they are to follow the rules. They have two warnings to obey the rules that are posted on here and the Code of Conduct. If they fail to do this: they must give their tickets over to you and you will escort them towards the mages... So that they are teleported to a city.

Guards

We all know that on the Tournament Grounds: there are guards, but they don’t know what’s going on because they’re programmed to stand there. Sure, I can run around and Role-Play all the guards... But I know there are some Argent Crusaders out there who want to do their duties and show off their flashy tabards. Well here’s the deal: you can have that chance.

Even if you’re in Stormwind as a guard, we need to have other type of patrols. You pretty much follow all the rules with the vendors, the entertainers, the referees, and the general rules that you do. You are in charge of keeping the peace, order and unity in this event.

RULES

1. NO TAKING BETS/MONEY – Some players will attempt to sneak some money into your pocket to let their friends further or their guild. With this: wraps up the idea of what you all have to do if you choose to help!
