wowbrowserproxy.exe

Hello, I rebooted my game about an hour ago and when I logged back in I got a error about
libcef.dll

If I click okay the game runs fine but it's kind of annoying that this happens every time I boot the game up and log in.

I tried using the wow repair tool with no success then tried doing it with mods disabled, wtf and cache folder deleted I also rebooted my pc but it still happens.

Here's a screencap of the error. http://i.imgur.com/pnpmLBD.jpg

I didn't know if theres a built in feature to upload images on the forums so I used imgur.

Any ideas?

Was there a point to rebooting your game?

Like installing something specifically?

EDIT: Also, navigate to your World of Warcraft/Utils folder and check whether or not
you have the missing library "libcef.dll".

It should look like this: http://puu.sh/3dNix.png

Kyoukó ,

It's easy to reproduce your error, all you need to do is delete the Utils folder. You'll get the message then which you can pretty much ignore. It just keeps the in-game browser from working right now.

I haven't figured out a way to get the launcher to replace the missing files yet, short of a full reinstall. My shift is about over for tonight so I doubt I'll come up with anything soon. I'll try to find an easier way to get the missing files back by tomorrow and will update this thread with any info I get.

number one I never agreed to run a wowbrowserproxy.exe on my system. I never opted in for a wow browser.
number 2 since this is the first time i noticed it even running I am kinda pissed seeing how you started it up without my knowledge and I was wondering why my FPS dropped which is the only reason i found it running in my taskmanager.

Should we sue you for running it on our systems without our knowledge?
