Edit for build 17260 - Still an issue
Wild mushrooms will not apply their charged healing when moved/bloomed quickly.
The mushroom will only heal for its base amount when this occurs, regardless if you are at the previous location, or the new location.

This is still an issue along with mouse-over placement problems, which require you to use a macro with additional target and last-target commands for it to work correctly within unit frames.

not having this issue atm with it not healing after being place. just making sure but are you sure you didn't turn off the show healing option in your interface? also an easier fix for the wild mushroom mouseover problem is to make this macro
/cast [@mouseover, help, nodead][help,nodead][@player,help,nodead] Wild Mushroom
it will clear your current target and put a mushroom at whoever your mousing over. the only issue with this macro that I've seen so far is that you require the unit frame of the person in order for it to work, like you either need to have that person in your party/raid or have him/her focused otherwise it will just untarget the person and put it under you.
Also we need bumps on this thread so other restos can see this fix if it goes live like this :P
Disregard what i said about the not showing healing thing. I read your post wrong the first time. what youre saying is that if you go to move them and bloom them at the same time it will bloom in the spot it was previously and not the new spot right?
Yes, it appears that is what is happening. The healing is not transferred to the new location when they are moved/swapped at the same time, and only if the mushrooms have been charged.
As for the targeting, I am aware of the macros to side-step the problem, but it really should not require that. They also wont place at all with a hostile target, regardless of a mouse-over (again the /tar and clear-target macro works). But yeh, hopefully they see this.
