Feral druids on the other hand.. Some of the best mobility in the game along with speed boosts while in cat form AND slows mixed in with their damaging moves.. they are pretty tough and pack a fairly mean punch. they also have heals a HOT (heal over time) and an instant heal after using combo points. You of course working for blizzard in the forums I would think you know this already. But I just wanted to spell it out for you.
Remember that 4% healing under 35% hp I was talking about..... WHY IN THE LOVE OF THE LIGHT would you give that to feral druids?! On top of their very short damage reduction CD's both of their names escape me but the numbers don't 40% dmg reduction and 20% for them and ALSO a talent that gives them the ability to heal/tank/cast even if they are not speced for it for a little bit... I don't see how on this green earth they would deserve 5% HP every few seconds all the way up to 100%. Morphing out of slows/kiting/cycloning (still relevant) All of these things are at a feral druids disposal so why such a HUGE advantage for a "bleed, bleed, run, heal, and bleed" kind of class would they need this?
