I would love to see this implemented.

this would be a nice idea o_o, thought it would make something else to do, thought many ide are april fools jokes, even thoguyht they MEAN to be a joke, they can be a good/great addition/idea to the game, and this one is one of them :o

Still wish we could have gotten this, it was a neat idea.

and then oh yeah, lets not forget getting everyone excited over Diablo 3. which this so called "beta" was nothing but a 2 hour demo. And ooo ahhh, to be only let down by the lame PS2 equiv graphics. And to think my aunt couldn't even play the beta cause her video card wasn't supported. and her comp is just 3 yrs old.

MMORPG's have always had the "carrot on a stick" mentality. Well Whats up Devs at Wow? I'ts like you just handed the carrot to us and said...."here, happy?" .... now it's everyone sitting here with their thumbs in their buts thinking...."what now?"

It's sad that so much creativity can go into a joke. But in the meantime they have players quitting left and right cause there is nothing left to do. They need to release some kind of transitional content preparing for the release of MoP. I see now why they suckered peeps into the annual pass, cause they said screw WoW for now.

I hate it when you guys take a great idea...and make a joke out of it..I would love to spend a day with this Dev team..You guys are probably a blast to hang out with.. Actually might take a week...lol..Keep up the great work guys.

lol notice how the final bosses name is omgsogoth ( oh my god so goth ) and i dont understand why they would make all these cool features ( map, bosses, all time spent, etc. ) just for april fools. they actually got shining boots, faces all over the place, a quest for it, and gear so this might not be any april fools joke... maybe they are april fooling you by saying its april fools...

What a fantastic idea. THis would go great during Halloween week as well.

I haven't truly felt in danger inside a dungeon in a long time; a light & darkness feature would intensify gameplay.
Imagine party members pulling out light sources, just so your group could progress with a bit more peace of mind.

Some possible light sources could be side effects from existing spells, new spells, buffs, armor, weapons, and even pets (Enchanted Lantern & Magic Lamp come to mind, and a hunter's Flare would finally be put into common use in PvE).

Side note: Blizzard already does this in the Diablo series.

I actually see this as a possibillity. Knowing the demented minds @ Blizz, I'd bet we'll see this one day hehe.

In all seriousness though, Duskwood really should have a dungeon. Great plot line and workable too.

hey, given how the whole panda thing was originally an april fools gag, i wouldn't count this out as a future dungeon. lol

Man i have been playing wow for years and have every collectors edition from the begining.....and I have to say it was good going into BC and then got dull then it was Great right b4 Wotlk and was good until they released Ulduar .....right after that talents went to crap and they started rolling out crapy dungeons......cata kinda was neat in the fact you could do stuff but I have to say changing azeroth made wanting to roll a new character a pain....also us veteran players are annoyed because we are no longer wikipedias on wow leveling......cause this quest or that quest was changed or the land was split in half so that rare spawn aint there anymore. And people Are right "the crap they joke about is more interesting than the content" I miss scary like Kara" I miss zones like duskwood.....where you get freaked the heck out just by being there.... and Why have they never made a stormwind sewers dungeon. I think If they where gonna change azeroth they need to let all the dungeons be scaled up for max level players.... then it would be fun....not just 2 or 3 dungeons to farm for a year....pretty sad when you can do all the dungeons and raids in a couple weeks and be bored.... and WTF is up with talents......they kept saying no cookie cutter....and they keep shortening the trees.....dangit make the trees longer and assign points every 3rd level then we could have like 30 points to use.... this one from each level crap looks bad....Im hoping the MOP expansion will not be my last collectors edition.....because I have played wow for what seems like a decade....and I think developers need to put up a section for user ideas that people can vote on and then they need to act upon them....and make us happy....better to have us rabbid fans who play forever than the idiots who join for a couple months and leave. It's sad when you hear all us old school long time players talking about Vanila WoW.....they dont think like they use to.
