Diablo® III

[Question] RMAH and PayPal

Will we be able to associate two or more different Battle.Net accounts to the same PayPal account?

A few people in my family will be playing, but don't want to go through the hassle of setting up multiple PayPal accounts if we can just use the one I already have.

You can add each family members email to 1 paypal account and receive/send payments to each. I have 3 linked to my paypal.

You can have 8 - https://www.paypal.com/helpcenter/main.jsp;jsessionid=pySnLSfb45f5B20vJ7kd41QPjlxMyZKk2Df3b16X32w218b19CQJ!596272914?t=solutionTab&ft=homeTab&ps=&solutionId=10753&locale=en_US&_dyncharset=UTF-8&countrycode=US&cmd=_help&serverInstance=9022

So you'd add the emails they use to your account then they'd just cash out to that email.

Ok, but that raises another question.

Can we associate a Battle.Net account to a PayPal account using different email addresses? Or will we be restricted to associating Battle.Net accounts to PayPal accounts with a matching email address as a layer of security?

Currently, my Battle.Net and PayPal email addresses are not the same.

If we are able to, then I may have them create new emails specifically for adding to my PayPal account, which they can then register with their Battle.Net accounts. Then we can use a single PayPal account for each of our RMAH cash out transactions. I'm not sure I feel comfortable adding their current emails to my PayPal, for they aren't to security conscious when it comes to using their computers. ; )

As the other guy mentioned, PayPal payments are directed at email addresses. So the email that Blizzard has will have to be confirmed to your PayPal account before or after you get the payment. If you have it confirmed before you will see the payment in your balance. If it's not registered yet you will receive an email at the email address with Blizzard saying you have a payment and you need to confirm that email address to receive that payment.

At that time simply add that email address and confirm it and you will see the payment instantly in your PayPal account. Like you mentioned above you might need to take steps to create new email addresses for those less computer savy players and register with Blizzard and PayPal. It should go well. I am glad I don't work for PayPal anymore because they are going to get flooded by calls from people the first 1-6 months about where there payment is.
