Congrats! I think you made the first topic in Hardcore to ever get a blue post, let alone two!

Also, !@#$ty deal on the death.

Reroll.

That is EXACTLY why I'm not going to duel for a while.

I knew, knew, knew there would be perma-deaths popping up.

I'm going to wait for a bit until all the bugs are discovered and fixed. You know there are people hungrily searching for such bugs to PK the unsuspecting.

Simple solution -- don't use portal to exit brawling arena. Click escape, then 10 seconds to leave game.

Thanks all. We're working on a hotfix for this right now and hope to have it tested and deployed as soon as possible. (In the meantime, we've also added this bug to our known issues list for 1.0.7 to help spread awareness. It's listed under "Brawling.")

Can you explain why this wasn't fixed before releasing 1.0.7? I mean it was staring Blizzard in the face over at the PTR bug report forum.

Permanent Hardcore Death from PvP - http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/7810092452
Dueling death in town? - http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/7592912676

It was even acknowledged by a CM that it should've been fixed with a patch on the PTR in http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/7592912676#7

Do you people communicate with eachother?
Any good explaination as to why it wasn't fixed before releasing the patch?

Your silence shows how much you failed. Thanks for letting us know. Well done! We get how much you care about hardcore.
