Latency: 530ms

dear blizzard, please help me with the lag I am currently having... I was having 200ms latency since the launch of this game. I have been playing regularly and it was all good. Now I am having 500+ms latency today and the past two days and it's not playable... :(...

same here, latency have happened 2 days ago. Last week, my latency was from 190 - 220ms

Same. I wonder if it had anything to do with the hotfix on Saturday night?

Latency has been 220 - 400 all weekend, from prior the hotfix for me.

I also have had issues since late last week. My usual latency is around the 180 to 205 . I have been experiencing 400 + to 600 .
It has made playing in public games impossible and private games not much better.

Have check modem drivers and have latest updates . Run speed checks through my provider yesterday and today when lagg was at its peak .

Download Speed: 92902 kbps (11612.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 1405 kbps (175.6 KB/sec transfer rate)

I'm in sydney on optus broad band. all other usage seems normal.
If this dosnt improve , i wont be able to play D3

I just had problems again with latency in first game at 182 and remade game latency jump to 380 to 690

the problem is in Los Angele's, something is broken in the AT&T network. 12.129.193.250

I would like to point out that this lag is 100% out of blizzards hands and they can do nothing to help you with it. The problem is with the AT&T network, i am guessing a bad router or something.

Your ISP cannot fix it as well, you can only wait until the problem fixes itself. You could try and call AT&T if you like, but i can just hear the sarcasm they will give you about the issue, plus they will not use your report that is a problem to go and fix it.

the issue with his tracerout from a profession is from Singtel which optus cable is merger with

the 4th hop in singapore should not even be that high before it reaches american shores where blizzard is

Optus routes their data feed from that route maybe singtel is having a bad week in their singapore exchange

from that point onwards getting the 180 - 200 ish range from *.*.att.net destinations is expected from aussie users.
