7h Where are the SEA servers? blizzard . please give SEA players an option to select SEA servers in overwatch. When I play in asia I always get transferred to korean servers and I get 120+ ping. When I try American Servers it's 180- 300 ping. How can a player enjoy your game if your servers are bad. Valve games have options like this to get a better experience for players.Clar3 7h
14h Overwatch Authenticator Hi there. I have had no problems playing world of warcraft and entering my authenticator code only 1 time per week. However, in Overwatch, i have to enter an authenticator code EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. i get booted from the server. This is rather annoying as i am sometimes not even in the same room or house as my phone and then i cannot continue to play the game anymore... Is there anything i can do to fix this without removing the authenticator? I really dont wanna give up my core hound pet in WoW just because Overwatch is being stupid....Nymoon3 14h
15h Overwatch Account Silence I opened a ticket and all I got was a copy and paste response as the previous GM. Literally didn't say or typed a single thing ingame and my account was silenced. I got a response that my account was fully investigated and toxic behavior was found. No chat logs provided. I for one don't think they investigated the issue, I opened the ticket 20 seconds go by and a reply comes in with this massive copy and paste, balony response... 20 seconds really? You investigated the issue in that time frame, never mind the players who falsely report other players.Pancho15 15h

23h Destiny 2 feedback Ok so i was one of those people who payed for the bundle with both expansions... and i must say.... i am disappointed on you... for the game itself because you could reach max level going through 1-2 days of gaming and after that the content avaliable didn't feel enough, you had to do the same thing over and over again. So if you play 2/3 weeks with consistency, you already have explored everything over and over again and if the drops don't favor you, you get stuck on lvl 304 for a long time, no matter how many times you grind the content. After that the expansion gets avaliable. i have to admit that the reworks done on the details ate good but still, the content does not keep me captive. It is just not enough, 3-4 hours of new campaign and boom, you get stuck in that loop of doing the avaliable content over and over again. I can only imagine the pain of the guys that bought the expansion later. And i can't imagine the rage and pain of the guys that didn't buy it and now can't access the previous content because "their level isn't high enough" so the content is blocked... and despite all of those reasons, still can't get a refund Sorry guys... no more money in your accounts from me... no more WOW, Destiny, Diablo or future games.Synthetic2 23h
1d Destiny 2 refund policy..This isn't you blizzard!! I bought Destiny 2 with every penny I had on my tight pocket for my b-day 27th October. It costed me around 10% of my monthly wage. Game wasn't perfect but it was OK and I accepted the conditions and the actual state of the game "knowing" they would improve it step by step, and slowly it would eventualy become a good game. After the launch of CoO they have taken away the end game from me. SOMETHING I ALREADY BOUGHT JUST 1 FREAKIN' MONTH AGO, and said I have 2 pay 20 more € to access what I already had ???? Are you serious blizzard ?? You ok with this ?? This is exploiting/stealing from your costumers!!! I don't have any more money to buy the xpac by now....And I probably wont buy it since I got scammed from you...I have been a loyal costumer since wc3, vanilla wow, SC...I always trusted you because I knew that I would not be the target of a fraud and I knew you would keep your word and listen to us costumers...ohh boy was I wrong... 2d Stop letting them do this to you For everyone that feels Blizzard doesn't value them as a customer come with me and stop letting them do this to you. Have you recently purchased destiny 2 with expectation of having challenging end game content but just as you waste a week grinding awful easy stuff to get there it's taken away from you? The game I bought literally stopped having content that I bought it specifically for. Then instead of apologizing and refunding my money on this now terrible purchase, they tell me they can't. 3d StarCraft II forums downvote feature feedback Please disable the ability to make new downvotes on the StarCraft II forum. As you did with the WoW forums. Because The downvote feature inhibits discussion. No one wants to put good effort into making posts, when someone can take one second to downvote it. This ability to quickly downvote encourages trolling and short attack posts instead of real discussion. If people want to disagree with someone, let them put a fair amount of effort into it, more in line with what it took for the person making the downvoted post. Not to mention that the recent ability to make free accounts on the forum increases the ability for abusing downvotes via smurfs, where one abuser can possibly use 10 sockpuppets to each downvote posts. You may retain the display of old downvotes on the forum. And keep the ability to make upvotes. Just please disable the ability to make new downvotes.Zabre0 3d
3d Rather disappointed with how little my time was valued I am quite annoyed and disappointed in how inefficient and ineffective my ticket was handled. I spent 3 hours with a bug that was a bit outside of anyone's control. Obviously, I don't expect the bug to be fixed for my specific problem, I have a feeling that there's something going on wrong in the backend, not a clue what though. I'm not a software engineer, I just have a bit more knowledge than the average Joe about what goes wrong. By the title of my post, I'm not frustrated by the bug, but rather just how the ticket was handled. Back in the days where I used to submit tickets for WoW-related issues (circa 2010-2014) my time was valued as a customer, and it showed. The Customer Representatives seemed to have my best interests in mind, and showed that they valued my time and tried to remedy any sort of annoyances (I landed a free month of WoW before, not that I'm asking for a handout, my issues run a bit deeper than that). Compare to 2017 with a non-Blizzard game in the client, it's night and day. I don't remember having to go through such hoops and wait in such long queue times just to get a GM to message me as I have had today. It's a Thursday afternoon, it isn't exactly peak time, and I encounter a bug when trying to install the Destiny 2 trial. I click on Buy Now on the client, and I go to the store page of Destiny 2. I click Try Now and am sent right back to the games Tab with Destiny 2 and then same Buy Now button. This is a bug, I'm aware of it and we walked through steps with the first rep (who seemed like he was a 16 year old, was a rather immature representative just by way of speaking and not seemingly knowing what he had to do. He had to consult other reps several times according to him). This rep was reached after waiting for around 15 minutes. Eventually, I needed to restart my PC for his steps to take effect. After I restarted, I was clueless as to where to go to continue troubleshooting. I was expecting an email with a link to reconnect to that rep, but no, I was instead given an email saying that my ticket was answered, and then I had to open a new ticket to get back into chat once again. After waiting yet another 15 minutes a new rep came into the fold and while he didn't seem immature like the previous rep, he was a bit dismissive and at that point I had been trying to get this to work for almost an hour, and my frustrations did seep through after he was telling me to go through the exact same steps the previous rep had gone through. It was almost as if he didn't even read the chat log previously. Part of the issue was related to potential malware which I did have to take care of with a malwarebytes scan, but I could not find any other reason that the bug had anything to do with my end. He said several times that he was going to give me steps to follow after I restart, and it took him nearly 10 minutes to finally send those steps, and then he promptly disconnected the chat. At this point, I was really considering just giving up. My time was not being taken into consideration as a valued customer that has spent hundreds if not thousands over the years with Blizzard. However, I was persistent and I wanted to try and tackle this issue and see if I could just get this fixed. I went into the third customer rep, and thankfully the wait time was near 0 (granted we were 2 hours past where I started at this point). The third rep was much more receptive to my issues, and was transparent about what was going on that neither of the first two reps went through. I almost feel as if I was speaking to a higher-level GM than the first two, and that after my ticket was re-opened several times it may have been escalated. I have no way to confirm that, but that's how it felt. For the first time, a rep seemed to actually give a damn about my time and attempted to get my issue resolved hastily. Unfortunately, I'm one of the unlucky ones with this issue that seems to be related to the trial of D2, and the bug hasn't been quashed yet. To summarize my issues into one concise list: The first representative clearly was new, or was not very knowledgeable of the steps needed to troubleshoot my issue. The first representative was also immature, did not seem like he was professional. The second representative did not seem to value my time, and seemingly did not read the previous chat log with the first rep. The amount of time lost to just waiting around for a representative was completely unacceptable for someone with a pressing, active ticket. To top it all off, 3 hours of my day off was wasted, and there was absolutely no compensation offered except that I am more than welcome to try the free trial at a later date when the bug is solved. Frankly, I'm dissatisfied, disappointed, and apprehensive about putting money forth on anything Blizzard-related on the client due to not only the unfortunate bug, but also the obvious decline in customer service quality.Lottabullets0 3d

6d Unable to download HearthStone on Amazon App Store I've already known that the Amazon-Hayday promotion tempest has just passed by. Yesterday, I connected to Amazon App store ( via Amazon underground app ) . And I found only HearthStone is not allowed to be downloaded. ( On other apps' page, I see "GET" Button. Dec 4 Can't even contact support Hi there, I am having some issues with Diablo getting hung at the load screens. I went to the support site to start a ticket and can't even contact support. I am guessing that the web page is timing out while waiting for my slow upload of the ~1MB worth of required files. I am getting a blue webpage saying "SOMETHING WENT WRONG ON OUR END" and giving error code da48b072-c499-4304-9d97-8db12c304632. This is exceedingly frustrating, largely because the required msinfo file isn't going to contain one iota of useful troubleshooting information. I don't see any way to get a phone number, e-mail address, or any other way to contact support save this broken website. Please help. Dec 4 Thank you GM Nuturtia I'm just making this thread regarding a GM that I spoke to today that went by the name of Game Master Nuturtia(Deserves a raise or some bonus). I was more than pleased with the support that I received. Everything was done quickly and the GM was very kind. The GM also gave me quite a few laughs. I really appreciated having such good live support because it seems like a rarity nowadays. I just wanted to let Blizzard know that they truly have a gem on their hands. I wish every support ticket or call I made could be resolved in the same fashion that mine was. I'm so very satisfied with the service that I got. Hopefully this message also gets relayed to the GM, I'd like for them to know that their work was appreciated immensely. Thank you for taking the time to review my message and I hope that the company keeps its same demeanor and keeps being one of the gaming companies that shines above the rest. Dec 1 Heartstone Region/Account Problem Hello, i researched, and i found out that you can merge 2 accounts toghether. But i have a little problem. I don't need to merge 2 accounts, but to merge 2 heartstone regions. about a year ago i bought the Explorer's adventure. But i did not notice, i bought it in America( i usually play in Europe). And now, i have cool wild cards in the American region and i have cool skins and card backs in Europe. Dec 1 Management of old threads Any chance Blizzard can work on auto-closing threads of a certain age? Seems a waste of resources to have a community manager have to declare a necro occurred so that the thread can be closed. If Blizzard is concerned about necro'd threads, why allow it happen?
