Battle.net agent went to sleep

Technical Support
How many of the people having this issue install to a Program Files directory other than the default one created by Windows?
I get this every day and sometimes it starts working for no reson, but I have problems updating and installing games, like wow expansion I just bought that I cant install and play...

I've looked at many forum post and done all the lame help links some forum moderator is posting, they clearly have no idea and pretty much blame all of us for being stupid.

It looks like "Blizzard update agent" is like blocked for some reason and yes I tried shutting virus/firewall off completely and running in administrator mode.
The "blizzard update agent" log shows this:

Maby someone can check their logs and see if they got the same.
It's a problem wit the following file:
C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\product.db

That files somehow saves where installations are located. Regenning this file solves the problem, but you have to relocate allll your games. Annoying if you have over 8 drives.
Hey All,

Thank you all for the reports. We do have a request from the Battle.net team to collect some log files for the Battle.net Desktop App on your computers. Please do follow the steps here to collect the files and then email the files to techinfo@blizzard.com with the subject "Agent went to sleep". Thank you all your help and patience while we investigate this.
Hi All/Support

Just to let you know that you can log out and log in again (not restart the Mac) and the problem is dissapears so the issue is specifically with the user (running apps or environment)
