When I start It says "We're having trouble starting Please try again. If the problem persists, try restarting your computer." Which I have done on multiple occasions. But after it starts my Adware often detects 3 viruses all of which are Win32/Heri.

This is normally a false positive with the AVG Antivirus. A reinstall of AVG will normally do the trick. However, if it continues, try adding the Blizzard Application as an exception. Given the issue continues, it is best to refer to the security software's support.
