What's the point of us feeding back bugs if they're nether fixed or even acknowledged?

API Discussion
For example

Is it so difficult to give even a small reply?

"We've checked and they're fine"
"You're right something is up"
"We're not able to fix them right now"
"It's on the road map to be fixed soon (tm)"

I've checked on both the new and old API, it's still a problem with both.
This presumably is one of many bugs in their to-do lists, be patient and wait like the rest of us. The WoW character/reputation issues you linked are a couple, then there is all the other game APIs to fix.

Be patient?!

You think it's unreasonable to highlight it 8 months after initially reporting it?

Considering other posts from the past few days can get a blue reply. I don't think it's unfair to hope a bug report gets acknowledged...
I agree, it would be great if it would at least be acknowledged. I struggle with the lack of communication on this form (from certain teams) quite often. in reality the devs do see and read the forums and see our concerns, but they just dont reply. it would be less of a problem if issues were fixed quickly but thats rarely the case.

Lately though development progress has picked up so I'm hopeful fixes/updates will come more quickly than before
Hey all,

We've noted the issues linked in the original post. Thanks for your patience while we investigate.
