Example case: A large number of users (hundreds or more) repeatedly create rooms at the same time.

Is there a correlation between a large number of users creating rooms repeatedly and a short queue?

Current Asia server has an unknown queue. This queue is different from a penalty for users (or bots) who frequently create the rooms. In other words, this queue is for the entire users (i.e., Asia server), not for individuals.

If a large number of users create the rooms repeatedly at the same time, does this queue occur? (Users leave the rooms in less than 3 minutes)
This is game' from users.
If you that no interesting go to happy's weekand's to some time.
When its clears? Needed time.
