Missing "add more info" button on tickets created as Live Chat

I opened a Live Chat, but accidentally refreshed the page. Then I couldn't open the chat, even though I saw it as open in the Tickets list. Daremdekhar then updated the ticket itself, asking me to get additional info, and marked ticket as Need More Info. Despite that, there's no "add" or "reply" button, only "Mark as Resolved".
