Hey, Pan23! This can indicate either a corrupted download or network issues with downloading the application. Have you tried a different browser to see if it results in the same "Failed - Network Error" message?

If so let's try the following steps:

Hey, Pan23! This can indicate either a corrupted download or network issues with downloading the application. Have you tried a different browser to see if it results in the same "Failed - Network Error" message?

If so let's try the following steps:
  • Install the Blizzard Application from the Direct Link - US & EU
If US doesn't work, try the EU link and switch the region before logging in. This can help if there may be a routing issue with the installer.
  • Reset the network devices
  • Renew, Release, and Flush the DNS

the US/EU link worked but when I'm trying to install it my computer reboot/restart...

I tried everything but it won't fix the problem.
Thank you! I was having an issue downloading the BattleNet app on my new pc. This fixed it. The download would freeze after ~40%. then I found this post after about 10-15 tries. The US one worked for me just fine.

Again THANK YOU!!!

Thanks for the follow up, Pan23! That's concerning that the system is rebooting and restarting when trying to install the Blizzard Application. Try installing from a New Admin account and run a system files & image repair scan, to reset registries and settings back to default. This should help if something within windows is forcing a restart.

If it continues from there, our Technical Support team can assist further. Since the cause of the reboots will be complex, this may need to be referred to a local technician or Microsoft support since the Blizzard Application on its own will not cause the system to reboot.
