Blizzard Account Doesn't Exist

So I recently got an email about one of my accounts that my email and password were changed. It told me that I should change it right away but when I click the link and put in my account details It says my account doesn't exist even though it does. I've made purchases on this account and when I got to support they need me to show and ID but I can't provide them with one. Is there any way I can get my account back?
It sounds like your account was compromised. They'll need ID to be able to check you're the owner, there's no way around it. In some cases they might accept a birth certificate in place of government issued ID but that's about it. I'd say do a thorough check of your computer for viruses or malware, however, and maybe think about changing passwords on anything else you have (after making sure your computer is clean) just to be safe.
