I believe playing HC makes you a better player because you hone up on your reaction to avoid death. I'm not sure HC players are necessarily better than SC, that's too much of a generalization, although I do believe SC players can become better if they play some HC.

I haven't noticed any unusual disconnects on HC. I play both SC and HC. As a matter of fact none this season. Maybe I've been lucky.

I'm dead against it. Losing paragon levels will kill HC. There's also how to implement it. What if you had 3 characters and one of them dies? Do you lose all the paragon levels on all 3? That's a heavy price to pay for a disconnect or server problems.

I think you'll regret it later on. What boost on armour you get from augmenting your gear you can just add rubies to your sockets. Then you can easily change them on a whim.

What ever item you augment equally upgrades your stats. I always augment my best piece first. The one that's the best rolled and have little chance of getting a better version later in the game.
