Does anyone know the time of day that Season 17 will be available on the 17th?

I agree, that this is really hurting solo players!There are two major reasons why group players get much more xp than solo players.1) The group buff for each additional player.2) The fact that groups can complete much higher rifts than solo players.These two factors make is so that solo players have no chance to achieve anywhere near the Paragon level that a group player will achieve for the same amount of time invested. I don't check if my video card has a new driver regularly, but I always know when there has been a new video driver released because the game will repeatedly crash. Without fail, every time Diablo repeatedly crashes, when I check and see if there is a new driver for my video card, there is, and installing it stops the crashes.My question is why does this happen? If there hasn't been any recent updates to the game, why does it matter that there is a new driver available for my video card. The question is just like the post says: Do all items available to your class have an equal chance to drop? Or are some items more or less likely to drop? Or are there some other factors, such as certain slots dropping more or less frequently?

I have been looking at the players on the top of the solo Crusader Leaderboards and have noticed something that I do not understand on their gear. On many of these players, on their weapon, they have rolled away the additional damage that all weapons seem to roll with. I'm assuming their is a good explanation for this, but I am confused. On paper, this takes the weapon's DPS from approximately 2,600 dps, to approximately 350 dps. Could someone please help me understand what makes this the ideal thing to do?
