M6 gear advice

Demon Hunter Hi guys, I just got my first TnT on season. Very poor roll. Anyways, what should I try to be looking for next? An Etrayu with 20% cold? Since I don't have one is my current bow alright, or would I be better served with a 2h crossbow at one less bp? With my current gear there is no way I can hit the 4.15 bp for a 1h. Appreciate any advice from m6 veterans.Thankshttp://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Ewe-1700/hero/51716718

Krede's Flame Active Condition?

Items and Crafting The Krede's Flame uses the fire damage number as an input to some formula that calculates how much resource to restore. Wearing the Star of Azkaranth would make that input a zero, and so no resource would be restored.I would assume this is the same case as with other ways that prevent fire damage taken. So, even fire resist would make Krede's Flame less effective.I haven't personally tested this, though. However, if it worked the way you want it to surely someone would have hyped up the combination by now since they've been out for a while now.

Shards... how much for Witching Hour?

Items and Crafting If Kadala has a 1.26% chance to give a legendary belt on every belt purchase, and if every legendary belt has a .99% chance to be the Witching Hour. Then, taking .99% of 0.0126 yields 0.00012474. So the probability that each purchase will NOT be a Witching Hour is given by 1 - 0.00012474 = 0.99987526 (or 99.987526%). The probability of NOT getting a Witching Hour n times is thus, 0.99987526^n. So the probability of getting a Witching Hour after n times is given by, 1 - 0.99987526^n. So if we solve for it to a number as close to 1 as we like, say .9999 so we have, 1 - 0.99987526^n = .9999,…

Having a hard time finding my gloves

Items and Crafting 09/11/2014 11:48 AMPosted by VisionheroThe idea behind it is that Wizard have one less set of gloves that can roll out of the gambling. Give that a shot. They have the same number of gloves:Wiz:Magefist 10.64%Gladiator Gauntlets 21.28%Frostburn 2.13%Tasker and Theo 2.13%St. Archew's Gage 21.28%Firebird's Talons 21.28%Vyr's Grasping Gauntlets 21.28%Dh:Magefist 10.64%Gladiator Gauntlets 21.28%Frostburn 2.13%Tasker and Theo 2.13%St. Archew's Gage 21.28%Marauder's Gloves 21.28%The Shadow's Grasp 21.28%

Firebird's Gloves droprate from Kalada?

Items and Crafting Magefist 10.64%Gladiator Gauntlets 21.28%Frostburn 2.13%Tasker and Theo 2.13%St. Archew's Gage 21.28%Firebird's Talons 21.28%Vyr's Grasping Gauntlets 21.28%So there seems like a pretty high chance of getting a Firebird's Talons. If you assume Kadala gives you a 1.26% of getting a legendary glove with each purchase, then if you buy roughly 3,400 gloves you should probably get at least one (only 17k shards).

Having a hard time finding my gloves

Items and Crafting If you are willing to assume that:1. Kadala has a 1.26% chance to give you a legendary glove each time you purchase one2. Each time you get a legendary glove as a DH, this table tells you what the chances that glove could be:Magefist 10.64%Gladiator Gauntlets 21.28%Frostburn 2.13%Tasker and Theo 2.13%St. Archew's Gage 21.28%Marauder's Gloves 21.28%The Shadow's Grasp 21.28%So we take 2.13% of .0126 and get 0.00026838 or %0.026838 that each Kadala purchase will be a TnT.Then we can solve 1-(1-0.00026838)^n = .9999So bottom line, we'd have to buy approx 34,314 g…

Witching Hour, How many shards??

Demon Hunter So if I'm reading that table right, for every legendary belt you find on your DH (from whatever source), it has something like a .9% chance to be a Witching Hour.As for Tasker and Theo, something like 2% chance. However, there's not that many other gloves so you're almost always going to get a set glove or one of Gladiator's Gauntlets or St. Andrew Gage. With a few magefists in between.
