I found out why. I had one item with +elemental damage, my Nemesis bracers. But they gave me fire damage. Archon beam was red. Changed it to +20% lightning damage and now it seems to work. Madness!

Thank you very much for your feedback, Cratic. I've heard Archon's disintegrate procs MH. However, it doesnt work in my case. I used lightning Archon, with Paralysis and MH, spam disintegrate on Ghom and still nothing happens.

I am trying the FB MH build but I struggle to get beyond 71. And even though I read through the things here, I still don't fully understand the mechanic. For example, I went to XIII Ghom (with poison immunity), casted hydra and waited and waited. Totally low damage from hydra. Then I activated a few other skills and Ghom died within 2 seconds. How is it possible? Why doesn't MH proc when no other skills are active? I understand a double from this, and a double from that. But going from 30k to killing of 300M within 2 seconds? In my case its a psychological problem. The thing that drove me to grind for legendaries was the idea and possibility that "the next legendary was just around the corner". A Furnace which would have me jump in power by a huge leap. And once I manage to find 13 of these, I'll be top tier.Now with Paragon AND Caldesann in the game, any drop, no matter how awesome it might be, will still faint in comparison to the 10.000 strength I get from hundreds of hours of XP and Grifts.Upon realizing the above mentioned I lost all motivation to login again, even thou the patch looked great.

The main source of fun of a game like Diablo is the loot drop. I play, and have a chance for the BiS item with best stats to drop.
