Spectral Blade with Ice Blades is also very good for the skull.Electrocute with Arc Lightning may not be very good but still seems to deal more damge than the runeless shock pulse even with the weapon. All in all the weapon is kind of bad now I am still dreaming of the day when I can replace it with the wand of woh.

Kind of wish blizzard would actually release the usage statistics. Apart from meteor being underused imo, meteor shower seems to be the only useful rune because the other runes are bad for AOE damage as well as the potental to gain 40% fire damage for free from the magefists and firebird/triumvirate source.

Should be happy with that wand of woh or vyr set item or ice climbers/witching hour went from 200-400 and haven't seen one.

Wizard needed buffs:Frost Nova - Frozen Mist: Cooldown should be reduced to be comparable to Explosive Blast so 4-6 seconds.Arcane Orb - Scorch: DOT now stacks upto 3-5 times, distance of explosion reduced by half.Ice Armor - All runes: Absorb 10% of all damage types, all runes now deal area damage of 20-40% weapon damage, frozen storm now deals 50-100% weapon damage. I love it, it is actually cheaper than rerolling with a increasing cost. Had to roll my SOJ 50+ times to get 49% CD the cost of that would have been huge if it was not a fixed cost of a gem.Just play the game get gems craft them up and go from there I have 50 flawless imperial gems of each kind just sitting in my stash from playing and I still have the exact same number of gold I went into ROS with.

It is abundantly clear that certain items have a higher chance to drop than other items and this goes for sets as well. For example I have completed the blackthorne set more than 4-6 times since launch and I have only just recently completed a full tal set. My point is that the drop rate of a set being a blackthornes is too damn high right now.

Yup would be awesome if it rolled the proper number of main's stats, maybe give it attack speed again. It has become the new blackthornes of sources.All sources are 4/2 not counting the damage and 5/2 counting the damage but damage is not counted by most people on sources since it is a given stat so to speak. The problem is it has too many secondaries maybe they where trying to give it a cool power but never got around to it.

As much as people hate on sheet dps it does a good job at approximating your ability to gear your character properly. Hidden factors and all that aside if you have under 500k sheet dps you are doing something wrong even if you are gearing towards a specific element. Having high sheet dps along with high elemental damage along with elite damge is not that difficult. But in a game like this people love leetching even when it is counter productive for them as they are slowing themselves and the group down most likely leading them getting the same amount of legendaries they would get in a lower di…

Yup, very fun I have got about 10-15 set ring and all of them were either a compass rose or litany/wailing host. Would be cool to get something different one of these times.
