Hydras shouldn't be cast at max range, no?

Attack speed affects... something with the rate at which the woh blasts come out, so sometimes they overlap, making it seem like fewer blasts than there actually are.

They are also very good with galvanizing ward. But I guess with high push builds and paralysis, there isn't room for that passive.

For speeds, I can see the extra IAS beating extra damage. You don't get the density builup for PE (because stuff dies fast), and your clear time is bounded by how fast you can proc MH, not how much damage it does when it procs.

I've gotten one through rare upgrades, but no drops. Haven't been focusing on it too much.

Try glacial spike for cold and signature, and thunder crash for lightning. Works great with shame of delsere and nilfur's.
