Same thing this morning after another update. Still critical error "icuin57.dll does not exist. Has anyone fixed this?

I've tried all the suggestions but I still cannot get the app to run. I've now deleted the battle.net directory and it will not re-install. Always times out and says somethings broke. It worked fine until the latest down time by Blizzard. Anyone else having problems?
