What Would You Ask About Legendary Item Design?

I would suggest a very rare, high end class specific set of legendary weapons that would give an alternate to an uncommonly used ability but giving it a game changing additional rune (while the weapon or item is equipped only).

Such as something like... Barbs Call of the Ancients. While he is equipping this particular weapon, the three ancients act as perm pets, not temp pets. Or WD Army of the fetish, It summons 10 fetishes that share the DPS and Attack speed of the Doctor for their duration.

Somethign like that.
If you stay in harmful effect more than 1.5 second you start doing 1500% of the damage to the enemies in 10 yard radius. You still take the regular damage from the effect.
Of course the numbers are subject to change, damage could scale up over time as in building hate.
How about something that completely changes the way you play:

Health Globes no longer heal you, but instead deal 250% damage to all enemies in a 20 yard radius alternating lightning and cold damage. Range is increased by your pickup radius.

So, no health benefits to ANYONE even in party play for the health globes you personally pick up. Health globes others pick up would heal but not do any damage.
