Any idea on # of targets odyn hits?
I might be wrong but it seems to me Odyn just propagates the damage of the hit that made it proc. Could be tested with different primaries to confirm.

So, supposedly with elemental procs not being affected by +% elemental damage affixes, weapons damage procs are a pretty set/static damage increase compared to weapons with +% elemental skill damage that scale with all your skills.

shard of hate might be different from the rest of the weapons.

Most of weapons proc is "on hit" type

SoH proc is "skill" type and I have read some latest test reporting that SoH's lignthing proc benefits from + lightningskill dmg affix.

This makes sense as SoH is a skill type based proc not a on-hit type or dmg dealt type based proc.
About shenlongs:

did test with hitting air over 5 minutes (shift click) and counted spawned balls of energy. May be I counted it wrong, but it was aproximately one ball of energy per ~2 seconds (i.e. can't have 3 seconds internal CD).
during fight I seen it crits over 5M damage (once seen it crit nearly 6M) without shrine/pylons buffs, but with scoundrel follower.

(on my EU monk http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Nephelem-2423/hero/17030673 )
I have been using a shard of hate with my Mad Monarchs Scepter and the proc on the scepter is pretty nice.

after 10 kills it hits like a truck for 1321% weapon damage and I know the % can roll higher and lower.
Can we toss a couple non weapon items in there? I would consider the procs on Andy's Visage and Moonlight Ward to be more powerful than some of these weapons, especially if they don't have ICDs themselves.
Moonlight Ward is OP
Don't forget Stalgard's Decimator. As it stands right now I'm throwing axe's all the time and I see them critting for over 2m. On top of that they can hit everything in it's flight path, not just the first enemy.
Been playing around with TF, Fulminator , and odyn son for about a hour, heres what i got .

i have around 1mil DPS

TF > Fulminator > Ody son

TF - very high chance of proc, will damage his primary target also! damage up to 3.6mil

Fulminator - very high chance of proc, will only damage enemies around, 6 ticks, about 1mil per tick

Odyn son - Won't affect single Target . Low chance of proc. attack speed significantly slower,
will jump twice, can hit same target twice. Damage can up to 4.5mil- 6mil with 900k to 1milsh DPS
Few thoughts on Fulminator:

1. Definitely agree that it's great for groups, useless for single bosses.

2. Requires a lightning attack (physical does work because it allows Fulminator's natural lightning damage to shine through). That being said, for some reason, WoTF - FoF procs Fulminator. Intended?
Thanks for all the info guys, edited first post to reflect updated info. Looks like Odyn Son proc isn't that great, but still has the skill damage bonus.

I don't have a 70 Stalgard to play with so if someone can provide that info I can add 2H to the mix. I played around with Scourge for a bit and the proc animation is pretty.

Added some armor procs that do dps as well.

I run the Haunt of Vaxo and due to my smiting off hand, it procs very often and is a neat addition with the clones providing a large variety of monk abilities (from EP to knock ups and such). Their DPS is decent, though I use them more for the utility and for their tanking (they can distract for up to 15 seconds before they disappear until the 30sec CD timer is up).

All in all a very neat amulet that makes you feel like a bad !@#.
I love my Schaefer's Hammer proc. Don't hear anyone talking about this weapon. Believe it competes with Druin's Andy in a 2H form. Plus it's lightning!

What info do you need to add it to the guide?

Thanks for doing this work, Davlok!
@ Leth0

Can you give some input on their damage and skill usage? I would be 7000% awesome of they could cast EP, but I'll guess not! Heh

@ madSimon

Info I could use in the same format as listed above (icd, damage, range, etc) with some 'best practices' anedcotes - like if a specific monk rune makes X legendary affix proc like crazy. I will add a 2H section when I can, have a few in my stash I could test but haven't gotten around to.

As far as why Shard of Hate - Lightning is listed at number #1 with no other rankings, it that it has far and away the highest single target damage bonus with decent coverage and no target cap like Thunderfury with max 6 targets and an ICD of 1 second. SoH casts 3 bolts at your attack speed which can all hit the same target and spread out along a (random) path to the edge of the screen.

So with 2.0 aps Single Target melee range:
SoH: (2.0 aps)*(3 bolts)*(250%wd) = 1500% BONUS weapon damage per second
TF: (1.0 pps)*(1 hit)*(372%wd) = 372%wd BONUS weapon damage per second

This disparity gets worse if SoH bolts also benefit from your bonus lightning damage, though TF's advantage is it's chain isn't random and jumps directly to 6 targets, and has a decent slow debuff.
Andy's proc is so strong, I switch my level 60 helm for a pretty decent level 70 upgrade and found that everything was dying so much slower. So happy to have found a lvl 70... Road to Alcarnus man... love that place.

Anyway, its not really a "proc" per say, but the Fist of Az'Turrasq has been a phenominal addition to my EP build. No more having to work out chain explosions, simply set it on one while funning Mantra of Conviction and boom, everything is dead. Mine is only 86% increase to the EP explosion... i could only imagine what a higher one could do. Made me a believer and dropped my 2.2k Wkl pretty fast once I started using this guy.

Wish it was easier to gauge vs. the static procs above
Where did the data for "procs every hit" for Andy's Visage come from? And the 60% proc chance for TF? This goes against what we know about the proc system currently.
I'm also pretty happy with my Haunt of Vaxo. Still a level 60 item, but rolled solid enough stats that it will be tough to replace regardless (re-rolled the vit to 17% lightning damage). Those dudes can kick some butt, and is nice to see them use random abilities (like EP) I don't even have on my bar atm. It was even better before they capped Unity, but what can you do!

Also note, here is some comments on a couple of weapons you do not have listed since I managed to obtain them and give them a try...

http://us.battle.net/d3/en/item/sledge-fist
- bleh, the stun proc hardly seems worth it if you use LTK - scorpion sting. Seriously did not make a meaningful change to my game play, so to the storage bin it went. May be more meaningful in higher torment levels however, just doing T1 atm myself.

http://us.battle.net/d3/en/item/sun-keeper
- I use this (along with a 60 SoJ) for a combined 50.5% or so damage to elites. Seriously underrated weapon imo. Trash mobs already just about explode on impact anyways, so having this really speeds up my overall rate of killing a noticeable amount. Yes I know this isn't a "proc", but flat damage increases can be even better than a random proc imo.

I am currently combining this with a Fulminator, and I'm seriously not sure which one I would rather replace once a good TF or Shard drops.

I've also heard some good things about http://us.battle.net/d3/en/item/maximus when used in a fire build. I already found a couple, but 2 handers just aren't for me.

Dmg vs. Elites is cut in half after 30%. I had 98% on items, and 68% on character details. Basically they made it so you get a SoJ or Sunkeeper and are done with the stat, it seems. After that you're wasting affixes unless it's a 'bonus' type affix.

EDIT: Not diminishing returns, just multiplicative like CD reduction.
