Pro-Tip for the OP: Avoid most of the decent shows on television on networks such as HBO.

See that "M" ESRB rating at the bottom of this website? Click it.

MATURE
Content is generally suitable for ages 17 and up. May contain intense violence, blood and gore, sexual content and/or strong language.

So you think showing intercourse is merely rated M? Then why is p*rn rated X? "Sexual content" is far different from turning it into p*rnographic.

Do you....know what intercourse is?

Last time I checked I thought p*rn was rated X?

You don't really expect us to believe you've never seen an R-rated movie with boobs in it?

(And yes, I know you're most likely trolling, but I only pose that question on the off chance that you're actually this naive.)
OP is either a bad troll or a deeply brainwashed religious 12 year old girl
While I find the op's offense at this a slight overreaction, there is indeed the limited nudity he/she suggests, and Diablo 3's M rating does not inform of this as I would have assumed it would.

Let me clear that up for you like someone did earlier in this post!

Slaughters millions, sees it as fine.
Sees a nipple, has a heart attack.

Good old America...

Or Saudi Arabia Or Maylasia, or more than half of the countries on the planet. People need to not fixate on the United States so much.

While I agree it is pretty funny, some parts of "the old world" (Europe) think sex, drinking and smoking are fine at most younger ages but the second blood shows up they freak out. Check out the German version of L4D. Blood is green, no body parts come off but rather the infected disappear instantly.

I think there is a balance between both but we will never see it. Always one side or the other.
M for mature people!
Missed Andariel in D2, didn't you OP?

The game is about demons, angels, and people's souls...and you are worried about some flesh being shown? Wow.

Among other things. The harem level comes to mind.
OP mustve thought this game is rated E for everyone..
or he just wants to whine, whine, whine..
Apologies for any concern or confusion about the game's visual content and rating, Reason. For reference, both Diablo III and Reaper of Souls are rated M for Mature (17+). Here's the basic description from the official ESRB website:

Content is generally suitable for ages 17 and up. May contain intense violence, blood and gore, sexual content and/or strong language.
