UNABRIDGED 0.01 Increment APS Table :

^^ It's now ONE PAGE!! Make sure to scroll down. There is ONE box that is RED. That Red box is 0.0021 away from BP... So I made it red because... that sucks.

I put this in the Sticky above as well

Top row is TnT Pet APS Increase (eg, 40% = 1.40)
Check for your breakpoints against the Tao of Sentries Thread

Formula of course, is:

APS x (1+TNT%) = Sentry APS

So, at 2.89 APS in game, with a 40% TnT = 2.89x1.40 = 4.046

Here are some Converses:

With 50% TnT, you require 2.7692 APS to hit the 4.15385 Breakpoint
With 40% TnT, you require 2.9670 APS to hit the 4.15385 Breakpoint

With 50% TnT, you require 1.8947 APS to hit the 2.84210 Breakpoint
With 40% TnT, you require 2.0301 APS to hit the 2.84210 Breakpoint

Edit: Color Code was fixed for an error! 9/28/2014
Good stuff. Too bad it doesn't go higher than 2.35 APS...

I extended the table
According to that table, i'm @2.89 IAS in game, which places me @3.99 :-(

I would need a new TnT @47%+ to break past the barrier ./cry

at 2.89 Attack Speed in game, that's 4.046 with a 40% TnT
2.81 X 1.47 = 4.13 So close...

Oh ok, but still below 4.15 needed :(
This table is really more of a reference than an exact calculator, there are just too many people who ask this question, I'm hoping to curb some of that, or at least direct it into this thread.

okay seriously, I just keep staring at your gear and you say you're at 2.89 APS, and you're still short. You have truly excellent gear, I'm envious. This is just not something I'm even going to pursue seeing the degree of perfection required to hit that 4.15. Wow. I'll settle for my current breakpoint and not even bother.

Seriously though, it was just Excel, with a formula and a plug and chug, drag the box. LOL!

lol, thanks, appreciate that, I try to min max most of what I find and double or tripple my efforts to replace or use what I consider to be acceptable. I have been lucky, but that requires sleeping only 3 hours most nights while working 50 hours a week. :-)

Ooh, that Cameo! Jealous of your gear! Good luck, all you really need is a new T&T with better Attack speed (I know that can be quite a wait).
@Gzip: What's your HP in-game?

While Jailer is no longer an issue, are you just having to fight from a screen away and around corners to avoid the other 1-2 shots?

I fight around corners and one screen away, Vault is mandatory skill lineup, my in game HP is around 285K.

LOL yeah I have 3 kids, I hardly sleep that much anyway, and I work between 55-60 hours each week, 6 days a week. It's a wonder I'm even on here now typing

As someone who is terrible at math I find this sort of thing very helpful, and I'm always very appreciative of folks who take the time to put these things together. Great work, Oscar, and thanks for sharing this!

Never a Problem! Great to have a dev poke in on one of my threads! :-) Hey, while you're watching, mind cleaning up our Stickies? We have two out of date ones, the TexasStranger thread and the Genesis Threads are both VERY out of date and the players haven't modified in over a year. Thanks Grim!
