'Clan Not Available' error 319045

Cannot type or interact with clan at all. Throws up this error.
Same problem, had an officer kick me last night, then I restarted diablo and rejoined clan. Everything was fine then, but this morning ran into the same error again, can't your in clan or anything

1. Does this only happen to you, or does it happen to everyone in the same clan?

2. If it only happens to you, is there a way for you to try on a different PC, maybe even a different network located outside of your home network.

3. Can you have a friend try their account on your computer to see if they encounter the same thing?

Hi, sorry for the delayed reponse - timezones and all that.

1. It has happened to clanmates, but apparently it went away after a bit.
2. Unlikely. I don't have any friends within 100km that have a D3 account.
3. I can try, but not soon.

With your permission, I'd like to log into your account from my end. That will help me see if this issue is account related or if it's being caused by something else. In order for me to be able to log in to your account, I would need to change your password. Once I'm done testing, I would send you a link for a password change so that I'll no longer have access to the account.

I logged into your account, clicked around all of the Clan tabs, and was able to chat with your clan members without any errors popping up. I'm not sure if this issue was resolved with maintenance, but go ahead and test it out from your end to see what happens.

Before trying to log in, I sent you a forced password reset email, so you'll want to check your email and change your password first.

Let me know what happens.

I'm getting the Clan unavailable error. I can't type to my clan and I can't even see my clan in the community tab. when I'm in game tho, it does show my clan tag. I'm wondering if you can help me too please.

No luck.

I will be busy at work today and tomorrow but will try a total reinstall of Diablo 3 on Friday. If that fails then I'm out of ideas.

Before trying to reinstall, let's log out of the Battle.net Desktop App and try deleting the Battle.net Cache file to see if that helps.

Check out this support article for steps on how to do that:

Deleting the Battle.net Cache Folder (PC)

Once that is done, test out the game and let me know what happens.

No luck. Total uninstall, deleted all folders and downloaded them again.
I've personally witnessed at least four clanmates (Starbird being one of them) having issues with the "clan unavailable" bug. It's totally random who gets it and when, and there seems to be no logic to what causes it or any consisten criteria that has to be met to get it to resolve itself.

There was a recent change within the last couple of patches regarding Communities, which is when this started happening to people. For those players having this issue, please note whether or not you are also part of any Communities within Diablo 3 in addition to your Clan.

Uh-oh! The truck have started to move.
I am having this issue as well as one of the other members in my clan, unable to interact with the clan in any way.

We really want to leave the clan as it is inactive now anyways, but cannot leave. I did post in the Bug Report forum but seems like it is not getting resolved.

I am not a part of any other communities either.

I just want to leave my clan, hopefully someone can help me.

You might want to contact a Game Master to see if they can assist with this.

You can contact them by opening a Support Ticket.

Everyone,
I had this happen to me the other night. What i did was exit game, logout of launcher. Close launcher and restart launcher. Worked for me.

Tried this. Tried deleting cache. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything. Don't want to resort to a full windows reinstall since it's not just me having this issue.

Hopefully it gets fixed at some point because it has really detracted from my enjoyment of S2.
