Idea to fix grift revive timer

Have each level of the grift have an independent revive timer.

i.e. If one dies on level 1 the times goes up.
If one dies on level two the timer starts over.
If one goes back to level one and dies, the level 1 timer goes forward 5 seconds from where it previously was.

This way, if you run into a particularly tricky pack your entire grift experience isn't ruined.
Almost never run in that "revive" timer people seem to complain about.

Weird.

You usually have a better Grift experience running at a difficulty you can handle without dying multiple times.
Death in a GRift should equal automatic failure.
