Hello,
I was just wondering if the Invokers set was removed from S4..
Trying to make a thorn build here.
Afaik it drops only for Crusader now.

and anyway it is pretty much useless.
Shenanigans. I love mine. :)
Aren't they going to give it some buffs in an upcoming patch/season?
Supposedly, but no clue what those changes actually might be. Should be interesting. I think the goal is to make Thorns a more viable mechanic. In its current state, it's not going to be topping the leaderboards soon.

This is correct.

And this is correct. The Invoker set is slated for adjustments in our next patch. And somehow... I think this'll be a good week for news. ;)

The Invoker set needs a Hack job to be improved. :D

The prickly parts need to be sharpened up a bit!

There was never any doubt that they would, IMO.

2.4 is next up and has been in the works... all we're waiting for is an announcement of the PTR, and with Blizzcon this week, and it stating to "Join the Diablo development team to learn about new zones, new sets and legendary powers, new monsters, new features, and more." ... i think it's pretty clear they are going to at least talk about 2.4.

Or shameless marketing plug to coerce you into buying virtual Blizzcon tickets, only to be severely disappointed by the supposed "good week for news."

Good news is relative. I'm personally excited to see what they did to the older sets :D

Well apparently there's only enough "good news" in Diablo III to fill one hour of conversation per year, so I wouldn't set my hopes too high.

Quick synopsis of what D3's one hour at Blizzcon will probably look like:
10 minutes of "We're so excited to be here at Blizzcon to share with you..."
10 minutes of "When we first started work on Diablo III, we wanted to..."
10 minutes of "Over the years, Diablo III has become..."
10 minutes of "What players love about this game is..."
10 minutes of "What players will love about upcoming changes is..."
10 minutes of actual content and substance (if we're lucky).

I thought no news is good news?
