constantly disconnecting from battlenet

Technical Support
The amount of times that i have disconnect in a single day is utterly ridiculous. Can't believe for a game that have came for such a long time still have this issue. (code 3007) always pop up when lost connections. Is anyone else having this problem other then me?
I'm having the same problem, but sometimes I don't even get the 3007 error code.
I just get disconnected directly, like a few minutes ago.
I logged on to play a bit, and i start doing bounties on Act III, and suddenly the mobs freeze, my skills don't trigger neither i can do damage, and then i get dc'd.
It's not my internet i checked and everything is working properly. Please somebody help.
just trying to sort out my stash from s6, been dc for 4 times
First step of troubleshooting is for you to do. Run windows update and verify no failed updates. Check motherboard site for driver / bios updates and verify all drivers up-to-date (video, audio, network, chipset). Check if others are online video streaming or downloading torrents your location. Tweak windows by adjusting advanced system settings, set to performance. (right click my computer or this pc then click properties)

I have tried all solutions and support pages I can figure out. I am unable to use customer support for they want to many technical things like a pathping (whatever that is) as required to even post a ticket. Because Customer Support is too technical and confusing for someone just trying to play a game. I will be recommending that my friends just uninstall if they have this problem. The game Disconnects from the server after I click on Start or resume game. I have enabled the game through the firewall, Disabled all background interference and have the latest patches and drivers I can.
It's getting ridicules to play D3 with the disconnect. (I lost a high level HC character due to it)

It never happen to me, I tried all workaround listed in this forum and I've got nowhere.

Is there going to be a fix ?
Same at the moment. I shouldn't be getting this. I've done all troubleshooting steps needed. This is indeed server side. Traceroutes and other tests verified that.
Same issue here. After switching to VPN, it seems the issue resolved. One observation is that even i joined general chat in game automatically, i was not able see any chat happening under the general chat channel. With VPN on, the chat is flooded in no time.
Hmmm. Good to know. I really need to buy a VPN. Has been on my list since like forever, but never went to look for a good one.
Still getting error 3007 every 15minutes.....
Even with a VPN active? Also, I haven't gotten a response to my ticket I put in, so they probably aren't even looking into the issue.
Anyone having a pop up message about unable to connect to the network? I cannot join any public games so frustrating and like everyone else, i troubleshoot and still same issue. Blizzard help please what is going on with the network?
If you have one, a VPN is a good temporary work around. I brought it to their attention through tickets/ support chat. They are looking more into the issue and seem to have found a root cause. For now, using a VPN appears to bypass one of the fail points in the connection.
DC still happening to me, although there's a slight improvement (like 20 min per DC ). Fix doesn't solved my problem. Any1 ?
Having tried all "solutions" that blizzard had ask me to do. i can confirm that the fault on their side, i could play on euro and Asia server just fine, without any problem.
I had the exactly same problem with you. i had absolute no problem when i play on the Europe Server. This problem only happen when im playing on the America Server.
Still getting the same thing every now and then, but less frequent.. probably once every 1 - 1.5 hours
same go for me, keep getting error 3007 every 2hour +/-....
but game are not lag for me
I am also getting constantly disconnected, and I know it's not an issue on my side. It's so frustrating. And there is no consistency to it either. Sometimes it will be after 10 minutes, sometimes an hour. I can't finish chapter 2 of the season journey because of it, though, since I can't stay on long enough to complete all bounties in a single game. One time I disconnected right as I opened up 4 bounty caches. That was... beyond frustrating...

I guess I'll try the VPN strategy, since nothing else seems to work. I just wish Blizzard would at least acknowledge the problem.
It is day 2 now of wicked huge lag, so bad i can not play the game. but if i am on battle.net there is no lag. When i click play, the lag starts instantly, making the mouse pointer glitch across the screen in an uncontrollable manner. I can connect and get into a game without disconnection but at the cost of not being able to play.
