cant log into diablo 3

I cant get on diablo 3 keeps having error window FBA0CB9D-7F6F-406C-9E7E-267C86638BD9 with this crap what can I do. this happens when I click play

Thank you for the error code because we can look into what is going on. It looks like that error code, is giving you Unhandled Exception: Access_Violation (C0000005). Please go through those steps so you can get this resolved and so you can play.

One other thing I see is that your MSI Nahimic is also crashing in the error. Please disable it, if you have not done so already. If this continues, would you be able to provide a DxDiag?

1) Press Windows Key + R.
2) Type DxDiag and press Enter.
3) In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
4)Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save
5) Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the "code" button (</>). That'll make the information much more readable.
I havent played in a while because my PC was on the fritz. I finally fixed it and now I cannot play Diablo because it says my code has been redeemed. Why doesnt it recognize it as my code?
Whenever i start playing Diablo 3, it doesn't stop loading the hero retrieving. please help me fix this.

Hello MasterCat : have you tried to disable the streaming option in the launcher ? It's located in Settings, under Streaming... make sure the "Enable Streaming" is NOT selected.

error code 1001 appears and my game disappears I would like to play the game but it is not interested always dropping out
When i attempted to launch the blizzard agent app it automatically closes after about 3 seconds. Others have been posting this issue on the Mac forums.
Tried to start game twice now and needed hard reset to reboot after freezing while trying to start game.
