Lost Access to Achievements

I have lost access to achievements both mine and any one I try and view. All I see is a blank screen with MISSING! showing. This has been happening for a couple weeks now. I have logged of and on multiple times and done a repair. Still no access to achievements! Any ideas what to try.

Doing the steps in these three support articles ought to fix it up for you. Some steps may overlap so feel free to skip one if you've just done it.
